⭐️⭐️ A Truly Wonderful Centre⭐️⭐️ I cannot speak highly enough of Sunkids Boondall East. From the moment we walked through the doors, Sophie and her amazing team have been nothing but warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Even though my daughter will only be enrolled for five weeks, they have embraced her like she’s been part of their family for years. On her very first day, she took Fiona’s hand without hesitation — a moment that spoke volumes about the comfort, kindness, and trust the staff create. It’s rare to find a centre where children settle so quickly, but they make it feel effortless. I was genuinely touched that they included her in the graduation — I wasn’t expecting it, and it meant so much to us. A huge thank you to Sophie, Fiona, Steph, and all the other wonderful staff for making her short time there so special. I only wish they had the space two years ago when I was originally looking. This centre is everything you hope to find as a parent: nurturing, supportive, and full of heart. Highly recommend!

The only downside is the fees are always increasing randomly.

Our son has been going to this daycare for 3years now, and it has been the most wonderful experience for him, as well as for us. The staff always greet you with the warmest of welcomes & goodbyes to all who enter or exit the doors- even more so to the children that attend. Choosing this daycare was a no brainer. We instantly felt comfortable and that our son would be looked after. As our son enters kindergarten, this will be his last year before prep, I will be deeply saddened to say goodbye to all. I highly recommend this daycare more than words.

A lovely centre with equally lovely staff. Very welcoming and affordable. My child loves it here, couldn't ask for more.

We have been at Sunkids Boondall east for an almost two years . They have the best loving teachers and my baby girl loves it there ❤️ we will be there all the way till the end of kindy .

I’ve seen so much on this centre, by that I mean the love for the children/my children. They love all of their educators and the director. Feels like another home, I always get to hear about the fun activities they do. They are all very easy to communicate with and implement requests so well. The whole centre works well as a team, you can tell!

Great staff and management who have always been very supportive and flexible with fitting our child in on days. My daughter loves her educators & attending this daycare. Highly recommend

A centre to definitely to AVOID. Significant management issues: - Child ratios not maintained on multiple occasions - Lack of supervisions, child gets a head injury and no one has any idea what happened. When asked the management just lies on required forms suggesting first aid was provided. Multiple occasions of these. - our kid was told that he is only allowed one bowl per meal and our kid was hungry all the time. - When raised to feed our child by another parent, the educator shoved the spoon in our child's mouth. - When we provided additional food they ended up not giving that to our child as well suggesting we did not know despite us telling manager and staff incharge - There is no learning provided at all. Child safety and education should be key fundamentals for a premium centre such as SunKids unfortunately the brand seems to care more about profits. It seems like they don't really care about children at all. We invested a fair bit of time and money in that center to reach a point where we could not keep our child even the next day. I would avoid this center.

Beautiful centre. Very caring and children focused. The Director Sophie is truly the loveliest lady. Always available to chat with. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Sophie and team💐🌷💐
