Tabatha, a key member of the leadership team, greets every child by name and her energy is infectious; it’s clear the children adore her. The management also stays ahead of emerging issues in the childcare sector, responding thoughtfully and putting effective measures in place. Unfortunately, our time at this child care centre was sort of disappointing. Although the centre has some fantastic educators who they really care about kids, some are very impatient. We noticed, time that some educators talking with intimidating tone with kids, which we had to talk and calm our kids for a few hours once he back home. Some educators must be more paitent with kids and consider their actions and tone, impacts their kids confidence.

Explore and Develop has been amazing with my daughter. I cannot fault them in anyway. From day one they have been welcoming, the communication has been great. The teachers treat your child like an individual not a group, which is great to see. The director Merran is fabulous as well as the rest of the team. I highly recommend them to everyone.

A daycare with an incredible director and super supportive and caring staff and wonderful facilities. We have been to several daycares over the years due to moving and what not and we haven’t looked back since starting my youngest daughter here nearly two years ago. This surely has to be the absolute best daycare in the whole area.

A wonderful day care my little one lives it here. It is a beautiful facility, great staff, excellent care, communication and wonderful events.

Both my kids have been in the care of Marren Tanya and Tabatha, and as much as the kids love it... it was so satisfying as a parent to be dropping off kids in the daycare that really looks after them and their overall growth... definitely hands down with the kids and love all the extra activities that come in from time to time to boost their confidence, discipline and self regulation. Great work guys... a full 5 star for you all!
