We were lucky to have met Aideen through friends who already had their children with her and she has cared for both our children in that time. Aideen has been a safe space and source of comfort to us here, whilst having no immediate family of our own to help. Her approach goes beyond just caring for the children, she works closely with parents ensuring open communication and creating a nurturing environment for both the children and us. Her focus on celebrating different cultures and milestones shows a thoughtful and inclusive approach, with lots of arts and crafts, fancy dress, storytime the entertainment is endless. Anisha, my daughter has attended a few family daycares and kindergartens. She experienced separation anxiety at all the places. Yet never once with Aideen. She must be some sort of magician on top of being an incredibly loving woman. I chose Aideen because I read the reviews about her warmth, experience & hygiene practices. I found all of that to be true and more. What cannot be captured here is how maternal and caring she is about each and every child. It is in her nature. Even my older son feels welcomed into her family despite not attending her daycare. She makes everyone feel part of the family. I found Aideen to be greatly educational - which I did not expect from family daycare. From experience, I find most kindergartens are unable to provide such a standard. I credit Anisha's early speech and mental development to her. Over time, I have made friends with other parents that have sent their kids to Aideen and they all share these views. That speaks volumes.

Aideen has been a caring and enthusiastic educator for both our children over the past five years. Our daughter and son started at Aideen’s family day care when they were two and continued until they started their Prep year at school. As an educator she effectively prepared the children for their schooling journey and provided differentiation in their learning to develop their skills in numeracy and literacy. She also tailored interesting activities aligned to our children's interests as they grew and developed. The environment Aideen provided was a warm caring community in which each child felt valued, loved and respected. Testament to this are the friendships that the children made during this time in her care continues beyond day care. Aideen takes great pride in her work and at the end of the day we always looked forward to the feedback on the day’s events and the identification of the progress of each child’s milestones. Our children were indeed fortunate to have had Aideen in these early stages of their development and moreover that their relationship continues with Aideen post their graduation from Aideen’s family day care. Aideen provides an exceptional family day care service and I highly recommend her care. She has cared for my 2 children from 6 months to 5.5 years, and in that time she has always been professional and reliable. Aideen ensures a safe, happy, loving and stimulating learning environment for all of the children she cares for. Aideen ensures the children treat each other with kindness and respect and I'm my experience the children have all developed a lovely friendship. Aideen is very organized and puts time and effort into planning fun learning, and play based activities for the children. Her home environment is exceptionally clean and she has a strong focus on educating the children about hand hygiene, and in nearly 6 years of care my children were rarely sick. Aideen genuinely loves what she does and that is evident by witnessing how not only my own children adore her, but also the other children in her care.
