Miho was looking after my son for more than one year. She is a very gentle, trustworthy and delicate educator. Our son learnt a lot from her education, and he is a gentle and friendly boy. My 2 years and 10 months old boy who left Miho's when he was 2 years old just told me he loves Miho and he wanted me to pass the message to her today. People says kids don't have memory until they turn into 3 years old, but I was so surprised that my little boy still remembers. My son was in Miho's for 1 year and two months, I wasn't sure how many things he rememberd actually, but the feelings of being loved and cared must have left a beautiful memory in his little heart and will go along with him forever. For us, Miho was more than an educator but a family member who cared our son from the bottom of her heart and we trusted her so much. Whenever you went to Miho's day care, it was always super tidy and organised. She sent us lots of vedios so we knew how was our son in a real time. And she wrote fantastic detailed report every single day. It was our most enjoyable family time to read the report together, from the report we know our son in a more comprehensive way. It was not a general group report that you received from a large Childcare Centre, it was a customised report that filled with her observations, thoughts and love towards the kids. My son enjoyed going to Miho's and we could tell he had a strong sense of security and belonging when being there. The kids there cared about each other, they played and they shared, they are just like brothers and sisters in a lovely family. It was so important to have a steady bonding with carers and friends when kids were young, and Miho just created an amazing family atmosphere that our high demanding son felt like as his second home. It was sad that we had to leave Miho's when we moved to Melbourne last year. We sent our son in a large Childcare Centre in Melbourne, comparing with Miho's family day care, I would say Miho's is the second to none in the world. We were so grateful to have Miho as our son's educator and we wish you are as lucky as we are.

After coming from a large daycare centre, Miho's family daycare is like a breath of fresh air. She absolutely loves the kids there and you get plenty of updates to watch later that you would normally miss while you're at work. A great educator and the kids absolutely love her.

My two kids both have been going here and younger one spent 3 years here now. we absolutely love it. This family day care is flexible and have great hours. I can see the growth and learning every day! Every morning my little son is asking whether he is going to Miho (the educator) and sometimes at weekend he said ” I wish its weekday” so he can go back to the family care. And best of all, all the children seem very happy there and love Miho ( the educator). When I see my son interact with the other kids, they are attentive and share toys with him and make greetings to him whenever he comes and goes. It’s very nice to let all children feel like a family here!

Miho has been looking after my 2 children since they were 1.5-2years old. I feel so lucky that I found Miho myself and I have recommended a few of my friends and they are all very enjoying at Miho's. I've known lots of parents aren't sure about Family day cares and prefer CC unless if you can find a really good FDC services well Miho is the best I would said, she is the best carer and educator I can ever asked for. She is neat tidy and clean, I received lots of videos during care days and reports at the end, also Miho always reply messages at first responses. Thank you Miho for all these year it's sad that the kids are leaving - moving to big school. But this is not good bye, hopefully you wont mind they might come visit you a lot.
