My son Lachie started daycare with Helen when he was around 9m old and is still in her care today, 4 days a week. I can’t believe how lucky I was to find Helen and her gem of a daycare! As most new mums heading back to work, finding the right daycare is so important and I spent many weeks visiting a range of daycares trying to find one that felt right (which was a struggle). I was lucky enough to eventually find Helen by chance and I instinctively knew she was the right one straight away! She is the most caring, kind, thoughtful and nurturing person and I felt so comfortable leaving my son in her care from day 1. Dropping Lachie off at Helen’s feels like dropping him off with family, she really creates such a welcoming environment for both Lachie and me and was so great with his transition into daycare in the early days and always kept us informed on how he is was going. Lachie absolutely adores Helen and can’t wait to go to daycare everyday and often doesn’t want to leave at pick up. Helen consistently tailors her care to the needs of interest of each child, if Lachie is showing an interest in dinosaurs, she invests time fostering that interest which is so lovely to see! She is also so great in helping with his physical and cognitive development. I highly recommend Helen and she has become such a good friend and is always able to provide great advice, having two older boys of her own, which I really value and appreciate. Helen is one of a kind and I feel so fortunate to have my son in her care!

Helen is an extremely attentive, caring, generous and skilled educator. My daughter was in Helen's family day care in the second half of last year and absolutely thrived in Helen's care. Helen made my daughter's transition into care unbelievably smooth - from day one she was attuned to her needs, full of warmth and empathy and also constantly shaping her activities to meet her developmental stage. Helen genuinely loves her job, and it is evident every day. I could not recommend Helen highly enough.

THE BEST FAMILY DAY CARE- Helen is an extension of our family! Helen has been a guiding light for us through the transverse from return to work with my first baby- Roman- who joined Helen at around 7 months old. Helen was instantly warm, kind and held space for my abundance of questions, my fear and in experience. Every step of the way Helen was able to support my journey with anecdotes of her parental journey, with her warm ways- providing copious cuddles and reassuring me that my bub was quickly adjusting after a few tears on departure. Each day Helen invests in their learning- with different themes, sensory play, birthday games and music. We are now almost a year on and Roman absolutely adores Helen. His progression and growth has been noticeable. His arms jump up and down as he arrives at the gate for day care. His joy and bond with Helen helps reassure us that whilst we miss our child whilst at work he's having the best time whilst learning and developing. The space, support and general feeling of Helens is homely. She is passionate about child education and creating a nurturing and pyschologically safe space. Her approach is versatile and she really looks to support and mirror what you do at home to insure a continuity of care. You will struggle to find a better family day care to support your family through these incredibly important years. I've lost track of how long Jasper has been in Helen's care (more than a year). He absolutely loves Helen and often does not want to leave when I pick him up. He also basically pushes me out the door when I drop him off as he's already having too much fun with all the cool toys and activities. Helen makes a lot of effort to keep the kids entertained and learning about cultural events and holidays. Jasper really loves it there!

Helen has been looking after my two children for the past 18 months. I have been delighted to hear the girls come home from Helen's with such positive remarks about their day. I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across Helen's day care. The girls are thriving and show signs of a very secure attachment to Helen.

My daughter is so happy and secure in Helen's care. She loves Helen so much and when she lists out her family members Helen's name is top of the list. What more could I ask for - my daughter is so nurtured she believes Helen must be part of her family! Feeling safe and secure, my daughter loves going to Helen's. Helen caters for her specific interests, and plays with her with more patience than I've ever had! Family daycare is fantastic for limited gem exposure too. My daughter is only exposed to 3 other children, and it has been very rare that she's been unable to attend daycare due to illness. I trust Helen completely and only wish she could have looked after my older children too!

Helen is absolutely brilliant with an excess amount of patience for the kids. She is extremely caring and I have always had the best experience for my little one.
