We are extremely happy with this kindergarten! Both my son and I have had an amazing experience. The teachers are very caring and professional, and their well-planned, diverse programs help children grow, learn, and build confidence. The environment is warm, supportive, and fun, and my son always looks forward to going every day. We highly recommend this kindergarten to any parent looking for a nurturing and engaging place for their child.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of kids club Gosford it has been life changing for my boys. From the very first day, the staff have been so loving, patient, and genuinely invested in my children’s wellbeing and happiness. They take the time to truly understand each child, and it shows in the way my boys run in with excitement every morning and come home full of stories and smiles. We feel so supported and included every step of the way, and I’m forever grateful for all the beautiful staff at kids club Gosford

My little granddaughter could not be happier with her wonderful childcare centre or the staff. She is only 2 but was able to tell us "YES THIS ONE PLEASE GRANNIE" and clapped her hands and said "HOORAY" (she goes to 2 daycares at the moment until more days are available). She has a favourite by a mile. The staff do her hair all cute before I pick her up if it has gotten messy and change her if needed and they are so attentive (this doesn't happen everywhere - trust me we have tried a few daycares). When we get to Kids Club, they always seem happy to see her and greet her and help settle her into the day as fast as they can. There are great activities, and she has been quickly moved up to a more age-appropriate room after a few months. They are happy to help with toilet training and have lots of great things for kids to do. As a high-school teacher, I take my hat off to them as I could not do that all day, but they do it with grace and a smile. Fabulous staff and brilliant facilities. I am happy to drive a bit further to see our little Annie so happy and well cared for. We have never had an issue with them and they even had her for an extra day when I had to have day surgery. Wonderful people.

My experience so far with kids club has been nothing short of amazing! I raised some of the negative reviews that I saw on here ( google) and a few on some of the parent forums for the central coast with the director and she was completely aware of them as has worked above and beyond as has her team to rectify any problems that people felt. Not once did she try and cover these up and keep me happy just to fill a place. I could truly see the honesty of her responses and she was the first to admit that no place is 100 percent perfect but her staff are all 100% dedicated and go above and beyond to make children their priority which is such a relief to hear as a parent. The Director also had so much time for me in person and via email as I had a million questions being a first time mum and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. I will be recommending this centre to everyone. Upon my tour, I noticed how clean the centre was as well as how attentive the staff members were and coming from a childcare background myself thats something hard to upkeep especially at meal times which is when my tour was. Again, couldn’t find a fault with the centre or its staff. Hats off to the amazing management there as it’s clearly evident with the amazing team as it all starts from the top. My child and myself are truly so happy here. Thank you.“

I think Kids Club is a wonderful brand of centres, with great staff in the administration side - however for the short time my child attended Gosford we were a tad let down. The two permanent educators were lovely, yet other staff were not as friendly, personable, attentive or as professional as what we had experienced at another Kids Club centre. We were always told he had a good day with little to no extra feedback and our child stopped wanting to attend. We hadn’t experienced this at our previous two daycares. Our feedback would also lie in the cleanliness of the main shared spaces, where even after weekends, there would be a lot of belongings left out all of the play equipment and not professionally cleaned or tidied up, even in the bathrooms.

Unfortunately, we had a really dreadful experience with my children here. Some things I observed - one educator constantly berating my 4 year old daughter and the end of each day (in front of me) and causing her such emotional distress we had to remove her - my daughter and son both coming home very dehydrated with full water bottles - dismissive and disengaged staff, and a chaotic environment not conducive for calm children. I contacted the centre to complain, after we left and had received our refund, and there was zero follow up. Very disappointing and honestly quite unforgettably bad.

Kids Club West Gosford are outstanding! If I could I would leave 10 stars.. They know the children and care and support them in every aspect. They can not do enough for the parents and children and I would not have any other centre care for my children! I can not recommend them highly enough!

The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the development and wellbeing of each child. The learning environment is safe, engaging, and full of meaningful activities that nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence. The daily updates and photos are a wonderful touch, keeping families informed and connected to what the children are experiencing each day. Communication with the team is always open, friendly, and professional. We love Kids Club !!❤️❤️❤️

We’re so impressed with how Kids Club Gosford has been transformed into such a warm, beautiful, and nurturing space for our little ones and their families. I once drove past and my child spotted the giraffe on the building — from that moment, they were so curious! We came along to the open day, and since then, my little one has absolutely loved it — we enrolled straight away! The facility is amazing, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the learning experiences have been wonderful. My child is thriving, and the consistent updates we receive each day truly brighten my day. The educators are so caring, dedicated, and passionate about supporting every child’s growth and development. We absolutely love it here!
