My kids went there 13 years ago. I will never recommend this place. I had to pull my son out as he was being hurt by a teacher there she was an Indian teacher that was always squeezing his hand so tightly that he always complaining about it so I pulled him out. To the point I found out that she was doing it to other kids. And she was sacked. Please people listen to your child when they say something is not ok

Upon our departure from Jenny’s Kindergarten Riverwood (due to moving out of area) I just want to say thank you to Shae and the beautiful team. During our time here we felt loved, supported and heard. Our son grew leaps and bounds in development. I believe this was mainly attributed to the consistency in routine, communication, low staff turnover and Director Shae’s continual commitment to active learning. If it wasn’t for Shae, I know our experience would not have been the same. Thank you JK Riverwood for a beautiful experience, we will miss you dearly.

Jenny’s kindergarten Riverwood has exceeded ALL expectations for my children. I’ve had 3 children who has attended and 1 child moved on to kindergarten. They made the transition for him a lot smoother for him even going above and beyond for him outside of childcare as he has severe behavioural issues. My 2 other children still attend and they look forward to going to childcare every week. I know my children are in the best hands. The staff are so friendly and caring and that’s what you look for for a childcare. They are always welcoming every morning & so gentle & hands on with my children which makes it easier when we’re having a not so smooth morning. I want to thank Jenny’s kindergarten riverwood for taking amazing care of my children which makes me so proud to send my children there. Can’t forget they’re so accommodating to all my children’s needs.

Best kindergarten in Riverwood. The most amazing environment and highly credible staff. My son went there for approximately 2 years and the care and love he received there was commendable. We had to move but to be honest still miss everyone. ❤️❤️❤️

My Kids love to go to Jenny's Kindergarten Riverwood, all the educators are nice and wonderful. My older kid is in preshcool room and younger kid is in baby room, I can tell they always fell safe, secure and supported. The educators are very willing to communicate with parents.Director Shae is very responsible and dedicated. 5 Stars everything! We will miss you all!

Hi everyone Im sure you have all asked yourself this question.Which daycare will be the best for my child. As a 56year old nanny of 2 I can totally understand the anxiety around this issue. Listen to others experiences.. I have been to quite a few in the day. What I noticed most of all from our years of being at Jenny's How happy my grandson has been. He has made a huge community of friends where the parents and family have all been included in events. I truly have had a wonderful experience at this centre. The educators are the best I have come across. The level of detail and care is second to none. Of course this comes from such great management. Going to miss you lot but I'm sure we will catch up at next party. Thankyou you all very much from the bottom of my heart for the love and care you gave Carlyle briefly and little Nikau for years. This wonderful experience has helped shape my little grand baby's for the future xxxx

Jenny's Kindergarten and early learning daycare focuses on empowering children to learn independently, fostering self-confidence, and building self-reliance. My toddler has learned so much on her own thanks to Jenny’s educational curriculum and engaging daily activities. It’s wonderful to receive her artworks and crafts from daycare every now and then. One area for improvement would be to enhance personal hygiene practices. Ensuring that children’s clothes are changed when needed and maintaining high standards of personal cleanliness would elevate the center’s overall quality. While the classrooms and outdoor play areas are consistently neat and tidy, prioritising individual child's hygiene would make a significant difference. Additionally, better recognition and rewards for the staff would contribute to a more positive atmosphere. Overall, the dedication of the staff is commendable, and these improvements would further enhance the exceptional environment they’ve created. An enormous thank you to Jenny and Riska for the exceptional care and guidance you have given to my child. Your tireless efforts and patience are deeply appreciated, and I’m reassured knowing she is so well cared for, even during her intense moments. I would also like to express my gratitude to Shae for being consistently proactive, transparent, and attentive to any concerns or issues related to the centre. Your responsiveness and commitment make a huge impact, and I truly value the open communication. Thank you all for your outstanding contributions and for creating such a positive environment for my child.

This has been our daughter's childcare since she turned 1. She's now 4 and half years of age and has always been very excited to go here every morning. She always have great stories about her educators and friends. We as parents, are very very happy with the staffs and their services. It's sad that we will be transferring to a new childcare centre soon due to us moving to a different location. But we will forever be grateful to Jenny's Kidergarten Riverwood for taking good care of our daughter. Surely our daughter will miss all her friends and educators. Thanks and kudos to all of you Shae, Lara, Raquel, Grace and the rest of the staffs (both current and former) for doing great job looking after our kids. For those parents looking for a childcare centre for their kids, we highly recommend Jenny's Kindergarten Riverwood. Rest assured your kids will be taken care of and you'll have the peace of mind knowing your kids are in good hands.

My daughter has been going to Jenny’s Kindy Riverwood for 18 months and we have nothing bad to say at all. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive - they treat my daughter like a part of the family and always show such enthusiasm and kindness when she shows up each morning. Children are all taken such great care of and as a mum who likes to stay around for a quick chat I have only seen the staff interact with them with respect, dignity and the utmost care. As a working mother it was initially stressful to leave my daughter, but seeing how much she adores her teachers and has the best time each day has comforted me greatly. She participates in lots of important developmental activities which I get updates on from the app throughout the day - a huge plus for me! The industry is a tough landscape - Early Childhood Educators are underpaid, undervalued and overworked - but the staff at Jenny’s have always been more than willing to go above and beyond for my daughter and our family. Also just a reminder that the staff are HUMAN BEINGS who make mistakes but are always willing to correct any small issues that have arisen. I was sent home the wrong shoes one day - my fault for not labelling all of my daughter’s belongings properly - and the staff were wonderful about making sure we got the correct items back. Could not recommend Jenny’s more.
