Could not recommend Jenny’s more highly. You are treated like family from the moment you join. It’s so hard starting care for parents and little ones but Jenny’s made our transition so lovely. We absolutely love this centre! My twin girls both have additional needs, and the way the team goes above and beyond to support them has been nothing short of incredible. I truly believe the reason they are improving and thriving is because of Miss Justine, the centre director, and her amazing team. Miss Justine is the heart and soul of this place. She runs the centre with such care and dedication that it feels like everyone is part of her family. For us, it has been a safe place to land, and knowing that my children are so well cared for means everything – it allows me to focus on work with complete peace of mind. Miss Justine goes above and beyond for every single child and family. She has a uniquely positive, uplifting outlook on life, and it shines through in everything she does. My two daughters have been going here for years and we absolutely love it! Justine the director is fantastic - she really cares about each and every child, as well as the parents, and does everything in her power to support all the families. The staff are so warm and caring, they know each child personally and are always responsive to their needs. The setup is great too, each age group is on a different level with their own age appropriate play area. Both my girls have done so well here - they’re happy, confident, and learning a lot. As a parent, you couldn’t ask for more.

Incredibly disappointed with my experience with Jenny's. After a tour, I tried to follow up to bring my husband back to view the centre as there were a few things I was uncertain about. After emails and follow up phone calls - crickets. Justine was all lovey lovey over the phone but there was zero response, follow up, or acknowledgement. I was genuinely trying to find my son the best centre in the area, but this initial unprofessionalism certainly leaves a sour taste.

My daughter has been attending Jenny's since she was 10 months old, and it has truly become a second home for her. She absolutely loves being there—every morning she looks forward to seeing her friends and the wonderful educators. The care, kindness, and support shown by the entire team have played a big role in her development and happiness. As a parent, it's incredibly reassuring to know that she is in such a warm and nurturing environment. We are so grateful for the love and dedication the educators show every day, and we deeply appreciate everything they’ve done.
