Busy Bees Lane Cove is such a beautiful childcare centre! They recently finished renovations and the place has wonderful outdoors areas for the bubs/kids to enjoy. There were two stay and play sessions before my bub actually started there - this is where you stay there with bub for an hour to help them settle in and also see what it’s like. The first one we went to there was a special musical session where someone external came in with lots of little instruments/props that the kids all join in with for different songs (drums, pom poms, shakers, wings, bubbles etc). There’s careful consideration given to providing stimulating fun to the bubs to help them develop. The second stay and play we went to we stayed for lunch. There’s a lovely in-house chef which provides the bubs exposure to different tasty meals. That was interesting for me to see as I mostly had still been mashing my baby’s food so it was good to see she could actually eat normal food. The rooms are spacious and very clean with lots of thoughtfully chosen high quality toys and play equipment that my bub was fascinated by. The rooms are split by different age groups and we had a look at the different rooms. I love the play kitchens and the scientific curiosities like crabs or insects at different stages of a life cycle stuck in resin. Bub loves sensory play with sand. All the staff members we’ve encountered at Busy Bees have been so warm, understanding, fun and caring. They really take an interest in the little ones and take the time to find out what they like to help them feel as content as possible. They pour so much energy into entertaining the bubs and nurturing them. There’s a lot of carers relative to number of children which is nice as bub gets a lot of attention and care. During drop off and pick up all the staff are so helpful at answering any questions we have. Cute little updates with pictures are posted throughout the day so you know what bub is up to and to give you some peace of mind. I’ve read about how whether daycare is beneficial to a child or not can depend on the quality of the childcare. I’d say Busy Bees Lane Cove is definitely premium level childcare where you know genuine effort is put into helping your bub flourish in a beautiful, well equipped and immaculately clean space. I highly recommend!

Professional and friendly educators. A great program mixed with group and individual structured & unstructured playtime plus art and reading. Great outdoor spaces for plenty of outdoor play.

Fantastic daycare that looks after my child's needs. They are friendly and caring—especially Roya from the Researchers class. Ms Ladan and Julia are friendly and approachable at all times.

I am Mariane, Thomas Iza's mom. My son attend the centre since he was 6mo. He was reluctant to take the bottle and Busy Bees staff were very helpful and patient to work with me on this matter. He's been there for a year and very happy!!!

I would highly recommend Busy Bees at Lane Cove. My daughter attends 4 days a week and is absolutely loved and well nurtured. The ratios are high and my daughter is never left unattended. The food is nourishing and consistently offered. The centre is always clean and well kept. Ladan always responds to any questions quickly and things are resolved quickly. We have honestly never had a bad day at Busy Bees Lane Cove. My mother drops my daughter off sometimes and always comments how impressed she is with the service. Thank you Ladan, Julia and team for caring for Sylvie so wonderfully.

We love busy bees in Lane Cove! My four year old has been going there since she was 10 months old; and my one year old just started there as well. Ladan and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and accomodating throughout the years ❤️
