Everyone at academy has been nothing but amazing! My little one started when she was 10 months old and she absolutely loves it. I love the care all the educators give from nursery to now toddler room. It’s a small centre but it’s very family friendly. My little one has grown and learnt so much from being here.

My toddler's social skills have thrived here since enrolling 12 months ago where she started in the baby room. The educators are caring and truly foster curiosity and independence in the kids. She thoroughly enjoys the meals and snacks provided, the excursions to the park and the fortnightly music and sports programs. The educators are attentive and on tough drop-off days, they step in with extra love and play to help ease her transition into the day. There seems to be plenty of activities to keep my little one engaged and also lots of outdoor play time which she loves. Very grateful to the team at Academy for maintaining a warm and caring environment for all the kids.

If you are looking for a Safe, Fun, Caring and Loving place to send your most precious, you have found a perfect centre at Academy of Early Education Sydenham. ALL Staff are amazing even if you child is not in there room are are wecoming and know who your child is. You are not just a child they mind, they are treated like family and the parents are treated like family. Please consider this centre as this is the best place we have sent our daughter to and as soon as she is there getting out the car she has a smile on her face.

We had a great time at baby and me classes. Tess and Nina were very friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend the program to new mums and bubs.

I attended Baby and Me with my son and we loved it! Nina and Tess were great as facilitators and when it comes time to choose a childcare centre I will definitely be in contact with them!

Great interaction with babies at all ages. Staff were enthusiastic and uplifting to new mothers. The hands on activities were great.

Team was unable to get us in for a tour to even begin the process of child care. Have been cancelled on 3 times with extremely late notice. I understand things happen and life can get in the way but surely there is more than 1 person whom can give a tour of the facilities. Not to mention the leave taken only to get cancelled on - little respect for our time.

My little one (who is now 13 months old) has been going to AEE since April 2025 and I have been wanting to leave an honest review for a while but I wanted to wait a little longer to have more to share than just our initial impression of the centre and the team and now I feel that I need to leave a review especially with the very recent horrific news in childcare. so: Since the phone call to inquire for a tour to walking in the centre the first time for our tour, we felt so welcomed. Dani and Gaya were so warm and welcoming and it felt like I knew them and they were family more than just childcare managers. The building is like a big home rather than a childcare facility in the best way possible. The rooms are smalls with small groups which means that the educators can spend more quality time with all children. It also provides a homey feeling that reinforce my little one's feeling of safety. She always walks around like she's at home going around, exploring confidently. The prices are the lowest I found in the industry and I was sceptical at first, but it is obvious that the company is all for the children and its staff. They have been so transparent about their fees recent changes and everything. The meals are healthy and yummy since my little one is always eating 2-3 bowls per meals so thank you Melina! My little one always have so many activities to engage in and I appreciate the effort to remain sustainable by using recycled materials when possible. The outdoors also is great with a shared yard for toddlers and babies, with lots of things to do. My little one loves the trampoline, slide, sandpit, all of it! They also provide incursions such as Little Sport Heroes and Music which is amazing. For the price we are charged, I'm impressed by how much they are investing in our children. But the most important part for me is the team! Starting with Dani, Dani, Shania who were just fantastic and so loving and caring and dedicated. We were sad that they left for personal reasons and wish them all the best. But the whole team has been so sweet and amazing: Aman, Shania, Ama, Shivani, Trinh, and the most recent additions Tess, Moni, Nitika, and everyone. I have worked in the industry myself and I understand the challenges that it represents especially in terms of finding a great dedicated team, especially as personal circumstances often means that staff comes and goes a lot and it is not within the centre's control. However, I am impressed by Gaya and Gowri's abilities to select educators who are passionate and caring. Even though changes are hard and our little one was also affected, I felt at ease knowing that the new educators were professional and caring. Also, they do their best to ensure that a familiar educator is always here at drop off to help ease with the transitions. And when I had concerns about minor issues, they took all my concerns very seriously and ensured it was shared to the whole team and dealt with in a timely manner. It is a long review but I couldn't recommend AEE highly enough. They are professional, caring and dedicated and we always felt safe leaving our little one with them. so Thank you to the whole team at AEE!
