We were planning to enroll at this school. We were told that 15 hours of childcare would be free, so there would be no payment required. Based on that explanation, we completed the enrollment paperwork. However, after submitting the documents, we suddenly received an invoice charging $150 per day. I emailed the school to ask for clarification, but their attitude changed abruptly. Instead, we were told to pay the enrollment fee as soon as possible, and the conversation became focused only on money. Because this was completely different from what we were initially told, I felt something was not right and decided not to proceed with enrollment. After we withdrew, a $100 enrollment fee was deducted from our account. Since we never attended and had already withdrawn, I believed this was incorrect and requested a refund by email. Unfortunately, my emails were ignored multiple times. After sending several follow-up emails, I finally received a response stating that the enrollment fee was non-refundable. This situation is very concerning. We did not receive any services at all, yet the matter ended solely as a money issue. I hope others will be cautious.

This centre and its staff are amazing. They are caring, thorough and responsive. My child loves the educators here and these educators show a deep commitment to fostering learning and growth. 10/10

My daughter attends little scholars, cross street she started in nursery and is now in jnr kindy, this is the absolute best daycare I have had dealing with, they are caring and friendly from as soon as you walk in the door to dropping my daughter off. She has the best educator's and has made some amazing friends. This centre treats you like family.

I really can't fault the staff at Little Scholars. They've been very supportive and understanding with my little girl and her struggles with separation anxiety. They're also willing to roll with how strong-minded she can be. We're happy to be part of the Little Scholars family, and her baby sister will be joining her there soon

I would highly recommend this Kindy to any parent looking for a daycare for their children, I’ve had both my kids attend here, the staff are friendly, kind, amazing and just really beautiful people. The daycare programs and education along with the way they’re delivered are 10/10. I honestly can’t fault them and as a mum, this place goes above and beyond. Wouldn't recommend- while from the outside the centre seems well presented and the administration staff are helpful and friendly, the educators are unreliable and uninterested in their jobs. We were initially excited to have found a spot in a centre with a rating of "exceeding expectations". The first week was rough, our son who has been in full time care since he was one hated going to the new centre. We are aware that transitions can be hard for toddlers but we have never seen him this upset. There were no photo updates during the day, different carers on shift every morning which made drop off increasingly difficult. The pinnacle for us was receiving an update on our son's nap and eating schedule for a day he was not in attendance at the centre. Making us question whether the information we received while he was actually there was even accurate. Since leaving the centre we have attempted to contact them regarding our account and have not received any response. It seems as though as soon as you leave they couldn't care less. An extremely negative experience, during what we hoped would be a calm and supported transition.

Since I was in year 1 my mum out me into little scholars for after school care and I loved it helped me with making friends the kids loved me and if you are lucky and want you can hang in the baby the staff are also really nice there were only 3 staff I didn't like to and also they let you stay there till closeing since I graduated primary school I can't go there any more but little scholars dbay I miss and I love you

Absolutely love Little Scholar, my son attends and his younger sister will be starting soon aswell, the staff are kind and nurturing towards the children and have always been amazing when I have asked questions or required support with my son. The service is beautifully set up and each room provides children with amazing resources to keep them engaged and learning. I love the communication about my child’s day and feel so much relief leaving my child in the safe hands of the staff. I could not ask for a better home away from home for my children than Little Scholars
