Exceptional child care, staff are fantastic and management run the tightest ship.<br>I trust all of these people with my most important things - my children

I’m giving Eltham Woods 1 star due to a very disappointing enrolment experience. A few years ago, I completed the correct paper form for our child’s waitlist. Since then, despite multiple calls and check-ins, I was repeatedly told the form was never submitted. I later learned they had transitioned to an electronic system, and many paper files, ours included, were misplaced. After four years, we are still not on the waitlist, while other families in the same situation have been helped. I’ve called countless times, and I feel this lack of support has been really unfair. I hope they take this feedback seriously.

Amazing group of educators and a well run facility

Amazing! Great team and a great environment. Very happy.

The educators are very caring and have genuine interests in helping kids grow and thrive in their early years. My oldest has recently graduated from EWCC, she is now a happy and confident preppy. My youngest is currently attending the toddler room. With their love and care, my oldest had a very smooth transition to school and enjoying the new environment very well, and the educators in the toddler room have been working with us to encourage my youngest to speak more and open up, which is such a big help, as she is a very late talker, and didn’t talk at all when first stated cc.

My two children have been attending Eltham Woods Co-op since 2023 and we have been very impressed by the centre’s nurturing, warm environment. I love the small community it is and the kinder program is wonderful. Topics are child led and my son loves the play based learning and spending time in the beautiful bushy outside play area. The staff are approachable and always available to chat should I have any concerns about anything. We feel very lucky to be part of the EWCC community.

I’ve had my two sons attend and have had the best experience. The educators go above and beyond in every way, including learning auslan for my youngest who is on the spectrum. Best childcare/ kinder - will exceed every expectation

Absolutely incredible care and educators! Cannot fault them. Your kids will be given the best start to life.

We feel so lucky that our kids can attend Eltham Woods – we can't recommend it highly enough. Every educator seems to have been handpicked for their warmth and enthusiasm. Since starting at Eltham Woods, our eldest has been excited and happy to be there and our youngest runs off to play without a backward glance. There always seems to be something new and exciting happening, with regular activities or fun incursions that both kids love. The grounds, equipment and activities are all exceptional, and we love that they don't have to leave the grounds to be in a bush setting. The kindergarten program is also really great and we feel like our eldest learns and develops so much every time they’re there. The centre is run perfectly and we love the co-op model. In everything they do, there's a spirit of care for others and the environment, with a strong moral compass. We love Eltham Woods!

The staff at EWCC are definitely like a second family to my children. My son started there in 2019 and my daughter is still there and I have never been happier with my decision to send them there. The level of care and education is extraordinary. Absolutely amazing centre.
