Our daughter has been attending Goodstart Eltham since 2023, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From day one, the educators have been incredibly warm, patient, and caring. ​Starting childcare can be a big transition, but the team here went above and beyond to help our daughter settle in and feel at home. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she is in such a nurturing environment with people who genuinely care about her wellbeing. We highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a supportive and welcoming community.

After almost a year having my daughters at Goodstart in Eltham, we only have good things to say toward all the team. Starting with the admin staff Linda, Nicky and Bianca, always helpful and kind. The Nursery team Zoe and Justin helped my daughter to adapt really easy, she was happy and loved. And at the Kinder room Baji, Susan and Sarah always engaging, and showing true interest and care. We will miss you 🥰

We’ve been sending our kids to Goodstart Eltham for nearly 2 years now and it has overall been a very positive experience. The standout feature of this centre is the staff retention - most of the staff have been there an absolute minimum of 5 years, with many educators having worked there for 10 plus years. This has resulted in consistent care, trust and comfort for our kids. Having left a centre where there were different casual educators almost daily, the consistency has really meant a lot to us. The educators are warm, kind, engaging and very clearly care about the children in their care. Communication of any incidents - positive and negative - is really well done and transparent. The director and assistant director also know all the kids really well which speaks volumes about the culture of the place.

Our twins have been attending Goodstart Early Learning Eltham since they were just babies, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about the care and support we’ve received over the years. Now at 3 years old, our little ones are confident, happy, and thriving — and so much of that is thanks to the incredible team at this centre. The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. They’ve taken the time to get to know both of our children as individuals, supporting their different personalities and helping them grow at their own pace. It’s clear that they love what they do, and that warmth shines through every day. Communication with parents is excellent — we always feel informed, supported, and involved. From daily updates to special events and learning milestones, it’s been a joy to see how our twins have grown emotionally, socially, and intellectually. The environment is nurturing, clean, and well-organised, with engaging activities, outdoor play, and a strong focus on learning through play. Our children are excited to go each day, which speaks volumes. We’re incredibly grateful to have found a childcare centre that feels like an extension of our family. We have had the best experience at Goodstart. We have been cared for so well over our years At Goodstart, I feel confident leaving my son in their care knowing he will be well looked after. Couldn’t recommend higher!

I had to enroll my child at this center for a few months due to limited options, but I was disappointed with the overall experience. The management seemed disorganised, there were no structured programs in place, and the level of care provided was not up to expectations.
