Words cannot describe how upset I am at this place . *14 - 17 children to one teacher ( which is illegal) * Daughter never seemed to learn anything * She was traumatised while toilet training and stop going to the toilet at home , basically had a panic attack anything she saw one * Owner never replies to email * Owner Parks her car in basically the only good car spot especially when it rains * Where did our money go since we provide our own food and nappies ? Never any decent craft, just a picture print out and paint over them. * Saw bigger kids bully others and nothing done Daughter now goes to a fantastic centre and has blossom and now has the proper help to prepare her education for when she started school. Some really nice teachers were at small steps but it's a shame that they had too much on their plate to do their job correctly. One teacher who actually left a review needs to approach children with a kinder tone. Owner needs to stop being greedy and hire more staff and better Resources.
Hi Stacey. Sorry to hear you are so disappointed with the service. It would have been nice if you came to us in person as we did care for your child for over 12 months. We could have addressed and rectified your concerns for you. To suggest that we had 14-17 children to one teacher borders on, and may infact cross the line of defamation. This is untrue. We have staff sign in sheets that show the true number of staff and children in each day. We have many happy children and parents who thoroughly enjoy our craft and are thriving with their learning and development. Best of luck to your child at their new centre.

My son has only been attending for almost two weeks now but he loves it everyday he gets up wanting to go! The staff are friendly I love seeing the photo updates everyday of what he’s doing and when I pick him up in the car on the way home he tries to tell me what he does with so much excitement.
