Our son Nathan has a wonderful experience at Just for Kids Castle Hill. Since he attended this centre, the educators have been so patient, caring and supportive to his wellbeing and development. A special thanks to Ms Dee, Ms Tina, Ms Simran and Ms Shalini. They are amazing and they provide incredible care to Nathan.<br><br>What we like most is the Preschool and School Readiness Program, which helped Nathan develop his full potential before he studies in the Kindergarten. Now he is very confident when it comes to letter recognition, phonics and counting, and he has made a wonderful progress since he attended this centre.<br><br>My son loves going to school every day and we truly appreciate the passion, dedication and encouragement from Ms Dee, Ms Tina, Ms Simran, Ms Shalini and the whole team. Our experience with Just For Kids has been absolutely amazing. Choosing Just for Kid- castle hill for my 3-year-old daughter has been the best decision we’ve ever made! The educators here are incredibly responsible, deeply patient, and genuinely care about each child's well-being. My daughter absolutely loves going to school every day—she always comes home with a huge smile and shares a lot lovely school experiences with me and also has developed a strong bond with both her teachers and the great friends she has made. It gives us such peace of mind knowing she is in such a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. Thank you to all the amazing educators.

My daughter attended this centre for two years and absolutely loved Ms Lana in the toddler room. Unfortunately, things went downhill after she moved into the preschool room.<br><br>Following multiple incidents, we raised genuine safety concerns and sought support from the centre. Instead of addressing our concerns, they were repeatedly dismissed. The owner, Kashimira, was rude, defensive and dismissive, constantly shifting the blame onto us simply for speaking up about our child’s safety.<br><br>The centre repeatedly used its “Exceeding” rating to justify its practices, as though this meant nothing could possibly be wrong. We were extremely disappointed with how management handled the situation. After last hitting incident , and being told “ it could be her imagination “ from the room leader . we withdrew our daughter and raised our concerns with the early childhood commission for investigation.
