Unfortunately, after almost two years at this centre, we have made the difficult decision to withdraw our daughter.<br><br>Within a relatively short period, she experienced repeated physical incidents involving the same child, including being pushed on a slide, having sand kicked into her eyes, and most recently reporting that she had been hit in the head. I also witnessed the same child hitting other kids multiple times during pick up.<br><br>Despite raising these safety concerns multiple times, we have been extremely disappointed by how they were handled. Most concerningly, the room leader Ms Dee dismissed the reported head-hitting incident as potentially being my daughter’s “imagination”, and then redirected the discussion towards criticism of my parenting style rather than addressing the safety concern I had raised. I found this response extremely dismissive disrespectful and judgemental .<br>Previous email communication from the owner, Kashmira, in response to our safety concerns also left us feeling pressured to leave the centre rather than supported in addressing those concerns.<br><br>Given the seriousness of our concerns of child safety and being treated unfairly , I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the NSW Early Learning Commission and request an independent review and investigation.

My son loves attending JFK Castle Hill! He has developed strong communication skills and built beautiful friendships through engaging activities.<br><br>I really enjoy receiving the updates on what he gets up to throughout the day, whether it be playing in the sandpit, painting or learning shapes and sizes there is always something keeping his little brain and body active!<br><br>The educators are caring, patient and truly dedicated to the children’s learning and well-being. Thank you to all the educators and staff for creating such a nurturing and supportive environment.<br><br>I would highly recommend this centre!

Wonderful daycare! I first enrolled my daughter at less than a year old and have only good things to say about this place. All the staff are so welcoming and kind, they are fantastic with the children and they are terrific with communication and care. This centre has great multicultural inclusivity, a terrific education program, provides children with delicious and nutritious meals and is well set up and looked after. Overall a great place, highly recommend !

All the educators are incredibly kind and caring, and we are truly grateful for everything they have done for our child. We are very sad to be leaving, but we leave with so many wonderful memories. Highly recommended.
