Serious safety concerns for toddlers! Not recommended! This facility is not safe for young children who are still learning to walk. The outdoor play area has large, hard structural pillars placed in open areas where toddlers play. My daughter, while still unsteady on her feet, hit her head badly on these pillars twice. Despite raising this issue multiple times with management and requesting that staff pay closer attention to the younger children during outdoor play, nothing has really been done. The response from center management was dismissive, simply stating that they are not going to do anything to secure the pillars to prevent this from happening again and it’s my 20 months old fault that she is still WOBBLY! There has been a clear lack of care or accountability from the management. When it comes to early childhood care, safety should never be optional. Unfortunately, this center has failed in that most basic responsibility.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Young Academic Childcare! From the moment we walked in, I felt confident that my child was in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. The staff are incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely care about each child’s well-being and development. The daily activities are thoughtfully planned to promote learning through play, and I’ve seen so much growth in my child’s confidence, social skills, and curiosity. They always come home excited to share what they’ve learned and experienced that day. Communication with parents is excellent – we always receive updates, photos, and feedback, which gives me peace of mind while I’m at work. The facility is clean, well-organized, and full of engaging materials and toys. Young Academic Childcare has truly become like a second home for our family. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a place where their child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to thrive.

Unfortunately not the best place. Kids were crying and no one attended to them. At orientation day while myself and my husband were there some kid through a toy at my son and no one even blinked! Not the best experience…

I've had serious concerns with this childcare centre that I feel are important to share. The facility often appears messy, and cleanliness does not seem to be a priority, which is disappointing for a childcare environment. Since the first week, my child has been frequently sick and regularly returns home in dirty clothes, as bibs aren’t consistently used during meals despite assurances that they would be provided. Additionally, there are noticeable issues with management, organization, and staffing. The center often seems understaffed, and I’ve observed situations where educators struggled to tend to all the children, leading to multiple children crying without adequate attention. On several occasions, I noticed my child’s nose running without being wiped, and during orientation, I witnessed two children fall and hit their heads, with no immediate comforting until a lead stepped in. Given these issues, I felt it was unsafe to continue care here, and we ultimately decided to withdraw. I hope this feedback can prompt improvements for the safety and well-being of the children in the future. ​

Great support from the centre management and enrolments team , Peter was very helpful and managed to get all the information really quickly and suggest the best possible solution . A very pleasant experience for both child and parents makes it a great learning centre.

We were really happy with the care our son received at North Kellyville Young Academics. The center has plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, for the children to play and explore. The outdoor play area is well-shaded, which is great for sunny days. The educators are kind and caring, and the management is supportive and helpful. We had a great experience, and our son loved going there every day!

My daughter absolutely loves this centre, it has been a pleasure to see the centre grow and expand. I highly recommend Young Academics… the educators are all amazing and well experienced! :)

Highly recommend this centre, my daughter has settled in so well thanks to the caring educators. I'm impressed with the quality of care and education provided. I'm extremely happy knowing my child is looked after and engaged. The facilities are great and I can't wait for the warmer weather so the kids can fully enjoy the great outdoor areas. A huge thanks to Ms Lani, Ms Rimpal & Ms Toni for helping my little one become comfortable in her new environment.

We cannot speak highly enough of Young Academics North Kellyville and their exceptional care for our baby. From day one, it was clear that the staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely committed to the well-being of the children. They consistently provide us with thoughtful updates on our son's activities, meals, and naps throughout the day, which gives us great peace of mind. A special mention to Miss Lani, Miss Tonia and Miss Annie - the love and kindness they show to our son warms our hearts; he always looks so happy and content in their care.
