The director in that department is exceptionally competent and provides invaluable assistance.

Management was very strange about fees and policies. Bond was paid and never refunded, as it apparently goes towards unpaid fees. When there's no possible way fees can be unpaid when your on direct debit.... When issues occured in the centre parents were not alerted. And if children were displaying concerning behaviours and email was sent to say it's been discussed but nothing changed. Classrooms were generally unclean and learning materials left something to be desired. Gave them benefit of the doubt many times due to the educator in the room being a lovely person and kind to the children. Would not recommend. Spoke to other families who felt the same

My child is always happy to go to care, great staff, facilities and learning programs. Highly recommend.

Our children are so happy at Journey Fernvale. Everything is included in the fees, educators are friendly and engaging. The environment is AMAZING! Our children especially love the outside play area ,the bike days and PCYC gym outings. It's so nice to drop our children off and know they are happy and cared for each day.

Wonderful facility with great staff.

Just a really amazing place, excellent staff (very well trained) and incredible food for the kiddies!! They go out of their way to expose the children to new places and activities to encourage their growing minds. We love it and bub is excited to be dropped off.

the Educators and Staff at Journey are always friendly and have excellent communication about my sons day and his well being and behaviour, regardless of who the educator is at the time of pick up, all staff are very informed and connected to the children and are happy to give feed back about his day! From the second you walk in every staff member greets my child by his name and engages with him in a happy manner, making him feel welcome from the get go! Unlike other centres that don't spend the time getting to know all of the children present!! The Journey Early Learning centre has top tier educational programs and a safe but realistic learning environment that is also fun for the children.

We’ve been so impressed by the love, care, and attention our son receives. The educators go above and beyond every day, and it really shows in how happy and settled he is. Couldn’t ask for a better nursery team!
