Harmony Early Learning Ripley is so welcoming, and my daughter absolutely loves going to daycare every day. She is always excited to see her teachers, especially Reshitha, and hearing her say, "I'm going to see Reshitha and ara," makes my heart feel so at ease.<br>It gives me great comfort knowing that my daughter is happy, feels safe, and enjoys spending her time there. The caring and supportive environment has made such a positive difference, and I truly appreciate everything the SAGE team does. I highly recommend Harmony Early Learning Ripley to any parent looking for a warm and nurturing daycare.

We recently toured this centre while exploring childcare options for our son and unfortunately left feeling quite concerned by the experience.<br><br>Upon arrival, there were no instructions provided on how to enter the property, including the PIN required for the front door. After being unable to gain access, I attempted to call the centre four times without success, as the phone went unanswered.<br><br>Once inside, staff members were engaged in their own conversation about weekend plans and we were not acknowledged while waiting.<br><br>The tour itself lacked structure and informative content. The staff member conducting it appeared unable to confidently explain key information about the centre, including which room our 18-month-old son would be placed in, who his educators would be, or what a typical day looked like for children his age. When I asked about the daily routine, the response was simply read from a planning book and did not answer the question.<br><br>More concerning, during our visit we observed what appeared to be a lack of active supervision. One baby was sitting alone on a mat while older children were throwing items through a fence in the baby’s direction. No educator appeared to be immediately intervening at the time we witnessed this.<br><br>While walking through the outdoor area with our son, my partner also observed educators gathered away from the children discussing personal plans rather than actively engaging with or supervising the children in their care.<br><br>We understand that touring a centre only provides a snapshot of a single day, however the overall experience left us feeling uneasy. Choosing childcare requires a great deal of trust, and we left with concerns regarding communication, professionalism, and the level of supervision we observed during our visit.

We couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. The educators are always so welcoming and genuinely caring from the moment we walk through the door. They are always willing to have a chat about my daughters day. Communication is excellent and I always feel informed, reassured, and confident that my daughter is being well looked after. She always looks like she’s having so much fun and is constantly engaged with great activities and resources that are clearly well thought out. Being a first time mum, It’s such a comforting feeling knowing she’s in such a warm, nurturing environment. Highly recommend to any family looking for a centre.

Nothing but positive things to say about Harmony Ripley! My son started at this centre from their open day Jan 2025 at just 5 months old. He was in the Eden Nursery with Miss Sulamite/Shula, Miss Kelly and Miss Emily and all educators have been beyond amazing with him. Leaving your baby in hands of strangers is one of the hardest things as a mum but these ladies made me feel so comfortable and trusting seeing how much they cared for my little boy. Everyday when walking through the centre both myself and my son were met with friendly smiles and hellos from all staff. All the admin/leadership staff have been so amazing and so supportive. We have had to move due to relocating an hour away for 2026 intake but have chosen another Harmony location because of our amazing experience with Ripley. Thankyou for taking such good care of my little boy in 2025 we will miss you all so much ~Georgia and Mavi

Other then the obvious lack of supervision, my child coming home with blood all through her hair, I also (like someone else below) found my child marked as having a nappy change when we hadn’t even reached the centre to log her in yet!

An absolutely stunning place with well thought out learning spaces for children to explore and learn. A welcoming environment that makes you feel apart of the Harmony Family. Highly recommend this centre for anyone seeking a centre for their children to thrive and learn from caring and nurturing educators.

I’m extremely disappointed with this early learning centre. The educator-to-child ratios are never met, which raises serious concerns about safety and proper supervision. The meals provided to the children are terrible, why do they need curries EVERY SINGLE DAY? Whatever happened to a good old bolognese? We pay over $170 a day so surely a great food menu would be provided. Educators appear careless and disengaged every single time I drop off or pick up my child, showing very little attention to the children’s needs. What’s even worse is the complete lack of communication with parents, incidents involving children are not reported, and there’s no follow-up or accountability. As a parent, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this centre to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their child which is why I took my child out of this service. Please take note of most of these reviews are staff that are currently employed within the centre.

Harmony Ripley is a beautiful, nurturing place where children truly thrive. The environments are calm, inspiring, and thoughtfully designed. The educators build genuine, caring connections with each child, creating a warm community that supports curiosity, growth, and belonging.

Terrible experience here, pulled my son out after 4 weeks of waiting to see if things got better and they never did. At collection times we never seemed to see educators who had been with him throughout the day. So never got updates on what he had eaten or done for the day. There was a time my husband picked my son up got him home, and then they were posting that he was eating afternoon tea, I called and said my son isn’t even there he’s home, and they said oh they must have the wrong kid. Bit concerning if they didn’t know what kid was mine. I never felt warmed and welcomed just an inconvenience when dropping him off. Our locker for his bag was put there one week then next week I went to put his bag up and he didn’t even have one or a name tag to put his bag anywhere. The staff said they’d put his bag up, come back to pick him up later that afternoon and it was still on the ground. His main educator who he was meant to have didn’t even return after one day. The other lady we liked was gone the following week. High turn over in staff. The facility itself is beautiful, and the resources, which is why we started him here. But unfortunately that’s where the good ended. Not even management gave a warm welcoming vibe. We now attend a different local day care, and have felt the care 100% better. Such a shame.
