I can't say enough about the amazing experience we've had at Goodstart Fernvale. From the moment we joined, it truly felt like a "home away from home" for my child. The educators here are exceptional—each one is caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about fostering a safe and nurturing environment for the children. What stands out the most is how the educators celebrate the uniqueness of each child. They take the time to understand their individual needs and strengths, tailoring their approach to help every child thrive. It’s so heartwarming to see my child’s personality celebrated and encouraged every day. Goodstart Fernvale is a small but special centre, where the educators are not just teachers, but mentors and friends. The sense of community here is like no other, and I truly feel that my child is valued, respected, and supported as they grow and develop. Thank you for allowing my son to continue going to daycare everyday for the last 3 months with out him being vaccinated. I'm very upset that yous have allowed him to continue daycare. With out his needles.

My daughter just started at Goodstart Fernvale this week and she absolutely loved her first day! When I picked her up the teachers were fantastic , giving me a full run down of her day. Not just the typical “she had a great day”. The teachers are a real credit to this centre. When I went for my tour they were happy to answer all my questions. In particular their way of handling my daughter’s allergies is far better than any other daycare I’ve spoken to. We’re looking forward to the fun filled days ahead, knowing my daughter is in a centre that truly cares about her & her development.

I've dealt with many daycares in my time as a Mum and now Grandma and I can honestly say none of them have come close to Goodstart Fernvale. This isn't just a daycare, it's a family and you honestly feel so at home here. Kelly the director is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble or effort and her caring, supporting and genuine nature shines through the center and the rest of the staff. The staff at this center are some of the most nurturing and caring I've ever met. Our grandson thrives at this center and never wants to leave to come home. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
