This centre has been really welcoming to our girl! From the happy smiles and greetings, daily check ins and watching staff make personal connections with my child has been amazing to see! Sad to see my big girl move up rooms but wanted to shout out JT for our beautiful they have been to her! From crying everyday when we first started to running up to her teachers for a big hug and waving me good bye is everything a parent needs! Miss Sam and Sally have been amazing!<br>Miss Sam has been beautiful since the first day she started and has always made the effort to go the extra mile. Always smiling and dancing around! Checking in on me everyday. So lucky to have found this centre!

First daycare my child hasn’t cried on every drop off. Instead she runs and hugs every educator within site! Appreciate all the happy educators throughout our day! Also the kitchen smells soooo good

Lack of Supervision and Food -<br><br>Son was locked in the kitchen while the light was off and he was screaming (as stated) and no staff had attended to him till a few minutes had passsed.<br><br>Had picked up my daughter where she was crying for 15min straight as I waited for someone to attend to her which they didnt and she cried herself to sleep on a pillow outside.<br><br>There have been multiple occasions where the lack of suppervion in the centre and compliance issues have arised but not had been properly raised at the time.<br><br>Lack of Food for babies - A cracker is not going to fill a childs belly, and my daughter had a long nap in the afternoon where she had a bottle around 2:30 without a proper meal and then when she woke up around 5:30, she was not fed or given a milk bottle, was told the staff member had said "There's nothign I can do?" She cried for 30min and her nappy wasnt changed when she woke up. There was only 2 babies in the room at the time.<br><br>My daughter isn't the only child that I see being Neglected as when I come for pick up, there are babies who are upset and not attended too while staff are grouped up talking.<br><br>My expereince at the centre was appauling and I hope now that we have left, it is improving for the sake of the children.<br><br>A lot of good staff has since left the centre and I give a shout out to those educators as they were amazing educators. Miss Davina (Pre Kindy Lead), Miss Jen (Kindergarten), Miss Ann (Float), Miss Hope (OSHC Coordinator) and Miss Trish (Lead Float).

My daughter went for an interview yesterday. Turned away because no one knew about it. Management wasn’t there. No emails or messages to let her know?<br>Very unprofessional.

I am writing this review to express my frustration regarding the lack of communication and professionalism we have experienced while inquiring about vacation care availability at PEAK Childcare and Kindergarten Redbank Plains.<br><br>We reached out before the end of the second school term in May -26 to ask about the vacation care options, and the staff assured us they would call us back. However, a week passed without any follow-up, prompting us to reach out again. Each time we followed up, we were promised a call back, but unfortunately, that never happened.<br><br>This morning, after contacting them for the third time, we were informed that spots for vacation care are filling up quickly. This was contrary to what we had been previously told, where staff mentioned that vacation care was still being finalized. As a result, we are now facing the possibility of having to accept staggered days, which does not meet our needs, especially since we had been proactive in our inquiries.<br><br>The lack of timely communication and the repeated excuses from the staff have made this process incredibly frustrating. It is very unprofessional and disorganised.<br><br>I hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in communication and customer service for future families seeking assistance.

My daughter has recently started at Peak Redbank Plains and my son is in the OSHC and we have had nothing but a positive experience. All the girls are lovely and very supportive. The kitchen also always has the best smell coming from it too! - the chef Nathan is great!

Peak Childcare and kindergarten is really so fabulous and it is really a very awesome and wonderful kindergarten for our family! All of the teachers and educators are pretty warm and friendly and with the love and care , my boy has improved a lot for just few months, thanks to Jen and Donna , they are so patient and professional and handling kids with love and care! Unfortunately we are moving home and we couldn't continue, we feel very sad to leave, my boy also like all the educators and little friends he has made! Thanks to Hayley and Ange , we really highly recommend peak to all the families!

My toddler recently started here and we absolutely love it. We are always warmly welcomed and the staff are attentive and caring.

The best childcare staff hands down and the place itself is really neat and is kept tidy.. I HIGHLY recommend !
