Highly recommend! My little one has absolutely thrived here, the educators have been a pivotal part of his developmental journey, they go above and beyond everyday for their little ones. My little one enjoys his time here so much so, he asks if he can stay here with Miss Cassie instead of going to big school next year.

The team have gone above and beyond to help me and my son become comfortable and prepared for childcare. They have been so attentive and supportive, and I appreciate it so much. They have never made me feel like a nuisance and always have reassurance and answers at the ready. Thank you all

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our children receive at Imagine Collingwood Park. The staff are warm, welcoming and genuinely invested in our children's well-being. Both kids come home happy and best of all, no tears at drop off. It's a relief as a parent to know that they're in a nurturing environment where they feel safe, supported and seen. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a centre that actually feels like an extension of home.

Imagine childcare has been great for our son and for us as a family. He has bonded really well with the staff and made friends. The staff have gone out of their way to help him with his speech therapy exercises. They have helped him achieve all his development milestones and we see him really thriving there

As a parent of a child with autism, the team at Imagine Childcare has welcomed my son with open arms. Truly seeing him for who he is: his strengths, his needs, and his potential. The level of support, patience, and genuine care they provide has far exceeded my expectations. I’ve seen growth in his confidence, engaging with his classmates, communication skills, and the joy it brings me to see him genuinely enjoying himself each day is beyond words. Knowing my son is in a place where he’s understood, cared for, valued, and thriving has brought me so much peace. As a mother, I couldn’t ask for more.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Imagine Collingwood Park. Both my sons attended the centre since they were about 7 months old (early 2022). While we’ve seen some educators come and go, we’ve also seen many long-term educators, which helps build my children’s trust with the centre. The staff is very helpful and accommodating of our needs, such as working on separation anxiety, creating a safe space for my easily overwhelmed son, and assisting with CCS. We feel like the educators genuinely care and are attentive to my children. They used to have someone coming to do kids yoga, Japanese class, etc which I see less recently but still lots of arts and crafts, messy play, sensory play and cultural festivities. I recommend this daycare for anyone looking for one.

The staff are wonderfully nice! They are very welcoming since we first step at the center. Giving us all the options possible with all our inquries and very considerate of our work-life situations🤩 The director Kerry was very generous of her time during the enrolment👏 Miss Nicole and all the educators in my daughter’s classroom are amazing in caring for my daughter- Miss Sheryl happens to be my daughter’s fave🤩

Just like every day care there are room for improvement. With the staff and rooms. In general it is one of the better day cares my son has been at. Most of the workers are loving and caring. But better communication can help. Although it had been approving.

Imagine Childcare Collingwood Park, has been my daughter’s very first Kindy and it has been an absolutely amazing experience so far. My daughter and I have had a rough run since her birth, and to have such understanding staff members who give her cuddles first thing in the morning has been so incredibly helpful and I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to send her here. They not only helped Hartleigh settle in, but they also reassured me as an anxious mum, which is exactly what you need from a childcare! Miss Siji was the first teacher we met and she was the first one to consistently reach out for Hartleigh in the mornings to give her a big cuddle and settle her while I slipped out the door. 🫶🏼 Thanks Imagine! My daughters have thrived here, my eldest, they told me was ready for school a year early, and encouraged us to enroll her. And now my little preppy is thriving with the challenges at school and is a social butterfly. My youngest (in tiny tots) has also vastly improved her vocab, found a love of dance and solving puzzles and cleaning up after her self. The staff are caring, and management is so approachable and prompt in resolving any big or small issues I have, or just a have a nice chat even if they are busy. I highly recommended, and even though I'll be sad to enroll my next little bubba in, I know he is in great hands.
