Appearance vs reality<br>Do not be easily impressed or rush to enrol your child simply because a centre showcases its own café, experienced cooks, modern building, or the presence of a nurse during a tour or an orientation. This centre is more focused on the quantity of children it enrols rather than the quality of care it provides.<br><br>Since I enrolled my child, I realised staff were unconcerned greeting parents or children, there seemed lack of coordination among staff and their level of communication regarding my child’s wellbeing was very frustrating, later infuriating as they did not act/respond on the concerns that I expressed several times. Most concerningly, my child experienced significant distress and trauma, leaving with no choice but to withdraw my child within less than a month.

Extremely Disappointing Experience<br><br>The centre showed little to no seriousness for my child’s wellbeing, despite me raising concerns multiple times. Their actions left me feel that my child was treated merely as a source of income or just another number. I also found the Assistant Director’s handling of parents’ concerns and queries pathetic. I had to wait for the Director to obtain clarification on basic matters myself.<br><br>Before enrolment, they follow you up welcoming, with frequent calls and emails, however, once child gets enrolled, the communication and level of care deteriorates significantly. Communication is extremely poor, concerns and requests are not addressed promptly, and there appears to be a lack of teamwork between the floor staff, administration and management. Expect that your child easily gets sick due to unhygienic overcooked food being placed openly on the play ground.

I could not be happier sending my children here. From the Managers, to the educators, we have had an amazing experience. At the start I was a bit nervous when my son transferred to this centre, but since Marnie and Shaina have taken over, I could not recommend more

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience at Honour Redbank Plains! From the moment we walked through the doors, the management team has always been so welcoming, friendly and approachable. They genuinely make you feel like part of the centre community, and it’s so reassuring knowing your child is cared for by a team who really gets to know your family.<br><br>Our son absolutely loves his educators, which as a parent is one of the most important things. He is so happy to walk through the doors each day and has built such beautiful relationships with his educators. Seeing him excited to go to childcare and come home talking about his day makes us feel so confident that he is in the right place.<br><br>And we can’t forget the café! It’s such a wonderful bonus for families and the coffee is genuinely fantastic. We’ve even gone as far as purchasing their coffee beans to enjoy at home!<br><br>We are so grateful to have found a centre that offers such a welcoming environment, wonderful educators, fantastic management and so many extras for the children and families. We would absolutely recommend this centre to anyone looking for a place where their child will feel happy, supported and valued. Our child is truly thriving here.

Since my kids started attending Kindy at Honour Early Learning for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! We chose Honour because they have an onsite nurse, which gives us extra peace of mind.<br>The care and attention from the educators is always outstanding. We have relocated from Northlake to Redbank Plains, we were very anxious about the move and moving our children's daycare. We found Honour Early Learning and so glad we did . From the moment you enter the facility you're greeted with the sweet aroma coming from the kitchen, then you have management greeting family's on arrival who are unbelievably warm and welcoming as well as open and transparent which I appreciate. A positive experience has been the on site nurse which drew us to the centre in the first place, it gives us peace of mind knowing Honour Early Learning is investing our children Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Education so much so she is in the studio rooms educating our children. Educators I cannot rave on about enough from the moment we're in to drop off or pick up our daughters we are greeted with a very welcoming and inviting conversation about what my daughters have done for the day, they know how they can assist us with their milestones and goals which I have never experienced before coming to this Center. This made development less stressful especially when it came to toilet training. Our daughters have made amazings bonds with other children but they love talking about their educators it warms our hearts. The curriculum is detailed and guided thoroughly but thought out to meet the child's needs and abilities. Culture and celebration are weaved into their planning which I find to be a welcomed personal touch. This is the second daycare I have sent my daughter to and honestly the last 10 months have been the best experience we have had. From a quiet, shy little girl to a now loud and outgoing little girl that loves to go to daycare every day. She comes home with the biggest smile on her face. The two rooms she has been in the teachers have been amazing and ensure my daughter settles in and has a blast with her friends. Miss Steph from infants and Miss Caleisha from Junior Toddlers have become my daughter’s favourite teachers and I would’ve have been able to do it without them. When my daughter started, she came from a very unhygienic family daycare and was quite the sick little girl. Nurse Bree went out of her way to ensure my daughter was okay and had long calls with me to ensure her medical history was taken correctly and continued to update me about my daughters wellbeing while she was in their care. She has taken me under her wing and has made sure I am always feeling okay and asks how my family and new baby are going. Nurse Bree and Management are always up for cuddles from the children, greeted upon entry and exit and have taken my youngest for cuddles while I do drop off when they can see my daughter is having a rough morning. They are truely the best. Each day my daughter is fed amazing meals with lots of hidden vegetables and snacks from the amazing onsite chef, who also offers breakfast/coffee for the mums, dads and caregivers of the children. You can absolutely see from all the updates throughout the day that the kids are having a blast and from the smiles and laughs you get at drop off and pickup tell the story that they are loving it there. I would highly recommend Honour RBP 😊

Couldn’t fault this centre at all. My daughter’s been going there for a while now and she absolutely loves it. Miss Marnie really goes above and beyond, and Nurse Bree is always so helpful and easy to talk to. All the educators are super friendly, especially Miss Jay, and you can tell they all genuinely care about the kids. The rooms are set up really nicely and it’s just a great environment overall. Plus, the coffee is always good which is a bonus! Highly recommend 😊

I’ve been sending my youngest daughter here since she was just 3 months old, and she absolutely loves it. Miss Marnie consistently goes above and beyond for every family, and Miss Bree, the nurse, is just as incredible. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, they always take the time to listen to any feedback or concerns I’ve had. One of my favourite little touches is being able to order a coffee or snack and have it ready by the time I’ve finished drop off, it makes busy mornings so much easier. Highly recommend!
