Meet Sofia Caceres - Centre Manager
Sofia is the Centre Manager at Aspire Clydevale and began her career in early childhood education in 2021. Since starting as an Assistant Educator, she has progressed through leadership roles including Room Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and Acting Centre Manager. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and is passionate about supporting children during their most important years of development.
Sofia is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children feel confident to learn, families feel welcomed, and educators are supported to thrive. She believes that strong relationships, trust, and open communication are the foundation of quality early learning and works closely with families to ensure every child feels valued and supported.
As a mother and a fluent English and Spanish speaker, Sofia values cultural diversity and is passionate about fostering a welcoming community where every child and family feels a true sense of belonging.

At Aspire, our early learning programs are designed to support children at every stage of their development. Through caring educators, engaging experiences, and play-based learning, we help children build confidence, curiosity, and essential skills for the future.
Our Kindergarten programs are delivered by qualified educators and focus on fostering school readiness, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our programs include:
• Baby Steps Nursery Program (6 weeks – 2 years)
A nurturing environment where babies explore, develop early skills, and build secure relationships through sensory play and responsive care.
• Little Learners Toddler Program (2 – 3 years)
Supporting growing independence through engaging activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• 3-Year-Old Early Learning Program
Designed to build confidence, creativity, and foundational skills through meaningful learning experiences.
• 4-Year-Old School Readiness Program
Preparing children for a confident transition to school by strengthening independence, communication, early literacy and numeracy, and lifelong learning skills.
At Aspire, we see mealtimes as an important part of every child's learning journey. Sharing nutritious meals together helps children build confidence around food, explore new flavours, and establish healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime. Our approach is guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines, ensuring every meal supports children's wellbeing and development.
Our seasonal menus include a wide range of fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, dairy foods, and quality protein sources such as lean meats, fish, eggs, and legumes. We focus on providing balanced, wholesome meals made with nutritious ingredients while limiting added sugar and salt. Water is encouraged throughout the day to support healthy hydration.
Every meal is thoughtfully prepared with age-appropriate portion sizes to meet the changing nutritional needs of growing children. By creating positive mealtime experiences and offering a diverse selection of nourishing foods, we help children develop healthy food choices, enjoy trying new tastes, and build a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

She is knowledgeable, caring, and excellent at educating the children. Very disappointing experience with this childcare centre. Communication is extremely poor — emails are ignored or never responded to, yet they are always quick to charge fees and take payments.<br>What concerned me most was a serious incident where another child badly bit my child on the face. The handling of the situation was unprofessional and inconsistent. One staff member said no one witnessed the incident, while another staff member later said the children were “playing together,” which we know was not accurate.

Anuradha is an amazing educator who goes above and beyond to make sure every child feels safe, happy, and cared for. As a parent, it gives me great peace of mind to know my daughter is in such loving and capable hands.<br>The centre is beautifully managed, welcoming, and excellent in every way. We are so grateful for the care and dedication shown by all the staff, especially Anuradha. Thank you for making this such a positive and nurturing environment for our little ones♥️

Her educator, Anuradha Sarsoli, is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive with the children. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that Raha is in such a caring and supportive environment every day.<br><br>We love seeing the updates, photos, and activities she participates in, which help with her learning, confidence, and development. Anuradha truly creates a warm and engaging space for the babies, and we really appreciate all the love and effort she puts into her work. Thank you for taking such great care of our little one!😇
