We have had such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring and welcoming, and the environment is beautiful and nurturing. ❤️<br><br>My daughter used to cry at drop-off every single day at her previous childcare, and this continued for more than 10 months. I was honestly starting to wonder if her separation anxiety would ever go away, and it was always so heartbreaking to leave her crying.<br><br>However, from the very first day at this childcare, everything changed. She settled in so beautifully and genuinely enjoys coming here. Seeing her happy, excited and comfortable when we drop her off has brought us so much happiness and peace of mind. 🥰<br><br>As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is happy, loved and in safe hands. The educators have made us feel so comfortable and confident, and we truly appreciate the care and kindness they show towards our daughter.<br><br>I do feel the fees are a little on the expensive side, but seeing how much my daughter enjoys being here and how happy she is, I honestly feel that it is worth every penny.<br><br>Thank you to the wonderful staff for creating such a loving, safe and happy environment for our little one. We are so grateful to have found this place. ❤️

Both of my sons have attended this centre since they were 6 and 7 months old, and I truly couldn’t recommend it enough. The educators are warm, friendly, caring, and always respectful. They genuinely take the time to listen to any concerns and really get to know the children, not just at the centre but in their outside interests too — even asking about things like my oldest son’s soccer. They’ve always worked closely with us through stages like toilet training and any other challenges, and they’re happy to keep routines and schedules consistent with what we do at home. It really feels like a partnership. One thing that especially stands out is how much they go above and beyond for families. They even organise free “date nights” where parents can have a night out while the kids enjoy a movie night at the centre — completely free. We’ve felt so supported and cared for over the years, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for our family.

We have been at the centre for over a year now and it has been an amazing experience the entire time. The teachers in all rooms are attentive and caring and all know our daughter and happily indulge her little quirks at drop off and pick ups. They are always thinking of fun and educational activities to fill the days. The centre is also great at helping celebrate special days for families and very communicative through the app!

Honestly, I have nothing but incredible things to say about Spring Farm ELC. When we were looking for childcare for our baby girl, we visited so many places. Spring Farm ELC was the ONLY one that said, 'Come down for a tour whenever!' We didn’t even need to make an appointment, which immediately told me they have nothing to hide and aren't trying to put on a show. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely nurturing. You can tell the kids are thriving and truly happy there. My daughter's transition into childcare has been super smooth, with lots of opportunities for her to have playdates before she even started. They have such a thoughtful and engaging curriculum, always introducing new activities that spark curiosity and creativity. The educators are fantastic at keeping me updated on what my baby girl is doing day to day, and I love seeing all the fun photos and hearing about her little adventures and milestones. A special shout-out to Maddy and Corrine, who have been so great with my daughter, as well as all the other educators who look after her. Their dedication and genuine love for the children are evident in everything they do. It truly feels like an extended family. They do a phenomenal job at Spring Farm ELC, and we could not be happier!
