Very disappointing and unsafe experience during my child’s orientation.<br>My son attended Aspire Clyde for orientation and was hit twice by two other boys, and the educator in the room did not even notice. There was only one staff member supervising around 10–15 children, which is completely inadequate and unsafe.There was no engagement, no proper supervision, and despite management claiming they are “the best” and talking a lot about what they do, the reality was the opposite. I did not feel my child was safe for even one hour, let alone full‑time care.This centre needs to seriously improve its supervision, staffing, and awareness. Based on our experience, I do not recommend Aspire Clyde for young children.

We are very happy with Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Bella Estate. The educators are caring, friendly, and supportive, and they create a safe and welcoming environment for children. My daughter enjoys attending every day and has learned so much since starting there. The center provides a clean, welcoming, and learning environment. They also organise amazing networking activities that celebrate different cultures and special days. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with the care our daughter receives at this childcare centre. The staff are warm, attentive, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.<br>Since starting here, we’ve seen great improvements in her confidence, social skills, and learning. The educators are dedicated and provide engaging, well-structured activities each day.<br>Communication is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our daughter is in such caring and capable hands. We highly recommend this centre to other families.

We’ve been part of Aspire Early Education Bella Estate since my child was 2 years old, and now in the 4 year old kinder program, I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal.<br><br>The team at Bella Estate have been incredibly supportive, caring, and professional every step of the way. Taniya, the Centre Manager, is truly exceptional, she knows every child and parent by name, which speaks volumes about the level of care and connection within the centre.<br><br>A special mention to Jahanvi, my son’s teacher, who has become such an important part of our daily lives. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my son feels comfortable, supported, and is continuously learning and growing. She has truly been a saving grace for our family and is so caring and genuinely dedicated to each child’s development.<br><br>The centre is always communicating with parents and does a wonderful job of involving the community. It’s a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can truly thrive. The activities are always well-planned, fun, and educational, and they have really helped my child continue to improve, build confidence, and develop new skills.<br><br>As a working parent, it can be incredibly hard leaving your child each day, but the team, from top to bottom have been nothing but fantastic. From the warm welcome at the front door to the genuine care shown in every interaction, you can feel how much they truly care.<br><br>I feel so confident knowing my child is in such capable, nurturing hands. I couldn’t recommend Aspire Bella Estate more highly.

Good staff everything good but , bad habit of taking money from accounts without letting u know , can’t explain, worse system

Our experience with this daycare centre has been quite disappointing. My four-year-old was placed in a mixed-age classroom because she is not enrolled in the funded kindergarten program at the centre. I believe children should be placed in age-appropriate learning environments, and this arrangement has not been ideal for her learning, social development, or confidence.<br>Another concern is the lack of communication from the centre’s management. Emails are rarely responded to, and phone calls are often not returned. As a parent, it is important to feel heard and be able to communicate effectively with the centre about our child.<br>Unfortunately, the centre also does not appear to take a child-focused approach when making decisions. It feels like administrative or program decisions are prioritised over what is best for the children and their developmental needs. When decisions are made about classroom placement or programs, the emotional and developmental needs of the children should always be the priority.<br>Overall, the limited communication and the lack of a child-centred approach have been very frustrating. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their responsiveness and their focus on the wellbeing and developmental needs of the children in their care.

We felt very comfortable and reassured while attending Kinder 4.<br>All the teachers and managers are very kind, and they truly understand our child and help bring out his strengths.<br><br>Whenever there is something our child needs, they always communicate with us and work together to find the best solution.<br><br>The centre also puts a lot of effort into organising events and special activities, which we really appreciate.<br><br>We highly recommend this centre. 👍
