After having a bad experience with our child's previous daycare, we were very wary about how he would fit into a new environment and whether the new daycare would be the right place for him. Thankfully, Oz Learning has given us back that sense of comfort and confidence, knowing that our child is safe, happy, and well cared for in their hands.<br><br>Since joining Oz Learning, we have seen so much positive development in our son. Not only has his speech improved significantly, but he also seems happier, more confident, and excited to attend daycare each day. We have also noticed a more structured approach to their programs and activities, with a strong focus on learning, development, and positive discipline.<br><br>A special mention goes to Ms Ella and Ms Dipi, who consistently provide feedback on how our child is doing, whether it's celebrating his achievements or discussing areas where he can continue to improve. We truly appreciate their honesty, communication, and genuine care for our son's growth and wellbeing.<br><br>We would also like to thank Ms Leanne and Denise, who have always been incredibly accommodating and supportive whenever we have had concerns or questions. Their understanding and flexibility were especially appreciated when our son needed to undergo surgery, which gave us great reassurance during a stressful time.<br><br>And of course, we cannot forget the wonderful chef, Mr Oni, who seems to be loved by every child at the centre. The meals he prepares are amazing, and we often joke that our son's food at daycare is fancier than what we have at home, which probably explains why he's become so picky with our cooking! Mr Oni also has incredible fruit-carving skills. He helped make our son's first birthday celebration at daycare look extra special and elegant with his top-tier fruit carvings and food presentation. It was truly impressive and added such a memorable touch to the celebration.<br><br>Finally, thank you to all the educators who greet us with warm smiles every day and create such a welcoming, caring, and nurturing environment. It is clear that the entire team is passionate about what they do, and that shines through in the care they provide to every child.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful to the Oz Learning team for making our transition such a positive experience. We highly recommend Oz Learning to any parents looking for a caring, professional, and supportive childcare centre.

We are very happy with this childcare centre and feel safe leaving our daughter there. The educators are warm, caring, sincere, and they genuinely look after the children well. We also love the cook, Mr. Oni, who always greets families warmly in the morning, and we appreciate the fresh food prepared throughout the day. Our daughter has eczema, and the educators are very thoughtful about applying moisturizer for her. Her skin is always well cared when we pick her up. Thank you to Miss HT, LW, ED, TL, DX, M, M, M, P, N,N, L and other miss that helps my daughter in the class. We truly appreciate the kindness and attention from the whole team.

This is our daughter’s last year in Oz Homebush and my husband and I just want to say how truly grateful we are for the love, care, and support she has received over the years. Watching her grow into such a confident, happy, and curious little girl has been so special, and we know the incredible educators have played a huge part in that journey. From Platypus Room up to the Lizard Room, our daughter enjoyed every bit of it. A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing staffs, past and present: Ms. Hamide, Ms. Amal, Ms. Denise, Ms. Mina, Ms. Young, Ms. Mary, Ms. Mavis, Ms. Ella, Ms. Sia, Ms. Dipi, Ms. Niki, Ms. Padma, Mr. Oni for creating such a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where our family, and most especially our daughter always felt valued and encouraged. The kindness, patience, and genuine care shown every single day never went unnoticed.

Would not trust a business that doesn’t respect “no junk mail” sign. Disappointing and super wasteful.

Our son has been attending Oz Education Homebush for quite some time, and we couldn’t be happier with the support and care provided by the educators. The Director is incredibly approachable and brings a warm, positive energy to the centre. One of the standout features is the weekly extracurricular activities offered at no extra cost through an external provider which has been fantastic for our very active son. The educators consistently create engaging and creative activities, ensuring the children are always stimulated and never bored. We have complete trust in the team and feel confident in the care our son receives. We would highly recommend Oz Education Homebush to other families.

Reliable teachers and warm and welcoming. The food is very hygienic and good.

This happened roughly two and a half years ago. I don’t know why I didn’t make a complaint to the management or post a review at that time. My daughter was just two and a half years old, and she was very picky with food. I told one of the educators that if my daughter didn’t eat anything, could they please give her something simple like Weet-Bix or cornflakes, just to make sure she ate something rather than staying on an empty stomach all day. The educator replied, “It’s not fair for other children.” I was so shocked by that response. How could it be considered unfair? I wasn’t asking for any fancy food or trying to make things difficult for the educators—just the simplest option to ensure my child wasn’t hungry. Luckily, another educator told the first educator that they couldn’t let her starve and would definitely give my daughter something to eat. I’m really thankful to that educator. This was not the only incident that happened to me. There was another incident as well, but I don’t want to mention it here. I did speak with someone at the time—I don’t remember her name—but the outcome did not meet my expectations, and that matter was really concerning. This is a very late post, but I think it’s important to share my experience so that this kind of thing doesn’t happen to other parents.

Three of my children all attended/are currently attending the center. This is an amazing childcare service- friendly staffs and professional early childhood educators. I had to mention the cook in the kitchen definitely a highlight of their service- he prepares fresh fruits and meals for kids in different age groups. My children love being there in the past three years!

My daughter has attended this service for the last three years and the staff have been so accommodating from the director to the educators. The environment is always tidy and everyone has been so welcoming to us. I have referred two of my friends here and they have the same wonderful experience as my family does. Thank you Oz Education for being so nurturing and caring. 🙏🙏

My daughter went to oz education for 5 months. I really appreciate the educators who showed professional attitude with us. However, we had an extremely bad experience there with director Batoul. I explained my daughter was non verbal and had some tantrum. We met paediatrician just before a month and they recommended us to put her in the childcare. We were still waiting for a paediatrician to diagnose her next year. After a month, she talked to me about the fundings from government. She was not diagnosed anything at the moment so she couldn’t support her anymore. and asked me to took off her nappies (should toilet trained before 3). We were very confused because we understood our child and she was obviously not ready for that. I prepared 7 undies and 7 pairs of shoes. All was getting wet and sometimes educators phoned me to bring some more. I washed clothes and shoes everyday. My daughter was panicking and banging her head. However, she forced to do that. I was pregnant and broke water. I was staying in the hospital for 2 months so we said we can’t continue her toilet training and Put her nappies on. My husband sent/ pick up her every time. After giving birth and pick up my daughter on December. I talked with Batoul that we can’t continue toilet training ( I spoke with speech therapist and she agreed with me). Batoul said you always put your child from 7am- 6pm. It’s neglecting!!!! She blamed me!!! How come? We only put her in the operating hours. I straightly said I will withdraw her from the childcare. I filled out the paperwork in front of her. She asked me to change the reason of withdrawal because I put she is unprofessional and very rude. I ignored her and took a photo for an evidence. I enrolled into the kinda mindi (highly recommend ! They’re very supportive!!). It was already past 1 month notice. I received a call from headquarters and a lady said we continue the enrolment so they couldn’t return the money (bond). I said I have an evidence of my paperwork. I can show you now. She said that’s fine. You can finish the childcare. They even wanted to stole my bond🤪They only need child without disability. Please, please be considered before enrolling your valuable child. I saw many positive reviews here but I’m not recommending this childcare. I reported ECEC as well.
