We went for a tour after it became clear that our daughter was not thriving at her previous centre, and she loved this one from the moment she visited. Since moving here, she has become a much happier toddler and is clearly thriving. Her positive behaviour at home is a reflection of how comfortable, supported, and engaged she feels at the centre. The enrolment process was a bit of a hassle, as we had to follow up by phone several times a week for around two weeks. However, it was absolutely worth it in the end. We are very happy with our decision to move her here and would recommend this centre to other families.

I attended a tour here in January looking for a childcare spot for my son starting in June. Right from the start, the lack of communication was disappointing; I constantly had to follow up just to make sure we were placed on the waitlist. They do not provide any updates or information unless you chase them. Two weeks ago, I called to check on the status of our application and received no clear information. To make matters worse, I sent an email that took nearly 3 weeks for them to answer. By the time they finally replied, it was far too late. Choosing a childcare centre requires trust, and the communication here is completely lacking, which explains the other negative reviews. Fortunately, we have found another centre where we feel genuinely welcomed and where constant, reliable communication is a priority. I would not recommend relying on their waitlist or administration.

i really wanted to like flutterbys, i went in for a tour jan 23rd, the workers seemed lovely and all the children looked happy, it was clean and well organised, although upon going on the tour i have reached out to them SERVEAL times to see when my daughter could start, initially they said they would send a form for me to fill out, a couple days later it came, then said i would get another email about a form i needed to fill out again for my daughter to attend and to my surprise it never came, initially i had put down 1st of march for her start date, so march 1st rolls around and i call them asking about time frames, when i can get her into the centre and i get told " she isn't enrolled yet" and im questioning to as to why. Ive called and asked about rough estimates on when she can get started and i get the same answer " she isn't enrolled we have a waitlist" fully understand waitlists but if it's several months in advance it needs to be acknowledged as most parents will need to seek other childcare options. 2 days ago when i had called i got asked " why do you need her to start", when all i was asking was why a appointment i tried reserving for her for march 3rd was denied. the owner who i have spoken on the phone to multiple times has said " ill pass it on" and yet 2 months later im still at square one with enrolling my daughter. since this i have now removed her off of the wait list because as a company should do for their customers is inform them on the time frame they are " waitlisted for"

Our experience with Flutterbys has been wonderful. They have been so loving and patient with our son Lucca since day one. Every day they prepare fun and engaging activities, and the educators are truly wonderful! Our son always comes home talking about them with so much joy and affection. They really care about each child, always keeping us informed about his process and making sure he feels safe and happy. We couldn’t be happier with the care and dedication they give. Highly recommended!

Her deep knowledge, hands-on approach, and constant presence around the centre give us confidence that every child’s wellbeing and development is top priority. She’s always out and about, checking in with educators, observing classrooms, and ensuring everything is running to the highest standard. The broader team including Ms. Peta, Miss Natalia, and all the educators, are incredibly warm, responsive, and kind. They are not only amazing carers but also true professionals who genuinely love what they do. Our daughter absolutely thrives there, and we can see how thoughtfully they tailor learning experiences to suit each child’s age and abilities. The centre itself is immaculately clean, well-organised, and filled with positive energy. Every little detail speaks to their commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Most importantly, Flutterbys has given us something priceless—peace of mind. Knowing that our most precious little one is in such caring and capable hands allows us to focus on our professional responsibilities without worry. Compared to our past experiences with childcare, this is truly on a different level. Honestly, I could speak about them for hours, but to keep it simple: I wish every child could experience a place like Flutterbys. They are simply the best.
