We’ve had a really positive experience with HHEL Endeavour Hills. The educators are incredibly nurturing and supportive of each child’s individual needs. There’s a strong sense of teamwork across the centre— everyone is on the same page, creating consistency for my child. The activities and themes of the term are always thoughtfully planned and creative, clearly designed to support children’s learning and development in engaging ways such as children’s current interests or seasons/events. The educators have always followed and supported my child’s individual goals and show genuine care for my child. The educators communication is amazing in person and via the app. I always look forward to seeing the daily reflection on story park with photos each day. I couldn’t be happier with the centre we have chosen.

Our son attended Hippity Hop ELC a few years ago and we had a wonderful experience. When our twin girls were ready for childcare we knew exactly which childcare to choose. The girls adjusted to the childcare and the educator very smoothly and drop off became easier as weeks went by. The educators made the drop off process so smooth and reassured us when we were stressed. The updates we get every day are just the best and we look forward to the photos and narrative of what the girls were up to. Thank you

The staff here are and have been doing an amazing job of looking after our daughter, she is always at ease when she spends her days there and we know she is cared for and looked after. Definitely recommend!

The experience we have had on the service received by all the staff and carers towards my son has been exceptional. Nothing seems to be to hard for them to handle and the development we have seen since my child started there 5mths ago have been extremely impressive. As a first time mum I was very nervous putting my kids into Childcare. We had a hard time adjusting at the start and the centre was very accommodating and held their place until we were finally ready. My kids have finally settled well and Storypark App is fantastic to see what they get up to during the day. The staff are lovely and my kids really enjoy themselves and look forward to going.

They pushed me to get the enrollment and payment papers in before the free play trial days. During the trail I made the decision that this was not the right centre for my children. They took money out of my bank days early and I had to call my bank to block another payment that they tried to take out a few days later. They are unwilling to give my money back as they say I waited to long to tell them the children would not be attending. I gave them a weeks notice, it would have been even more if there has not been two public holidays and the weekend during the time. So the lesson you can take away from all of this is dont hand in any paper work until after your free trial period, even if they tell you it's the only way to secure a spot. It's not true, they were not full at all when we visited.
