My son goes to Castle hill branch and he started when he was 13 months old. The staff and the management was caring towards my son and made him comfortable. Now he is fully adjusted to the environment and enjoy his days at the centre. Thank you Heritage house.

Wonderful childcare centre with caring and friendly educators.

When our daughter was just 6 months old, she joined Heritage House Castle Hill, and now she is 3 years old. Over the years, we have been so grateful for the love, care, and support she has received from all the educators. They have created a warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment where she has grown with confidence and happiness. My daughter's favourite educators are Miss Ami, Miss Priti, and Miss Kylie, who have always shown her kindness, patience, and genuine care.It's lovely to hear that many other parents feel the same way about this centre.We have also been impressed by the wonderful manager Miss Suncy and Miss Dhamika. Very nice child care centre, most of teachers are nice and responsible for the kids, they can look after and educate the kids in a constructive way.

Dear Heritage House Team, I need to make it absolutely clear that my concerns are about the safety, wellbeing, and treatment of children at your centre, not about any billing or account matters. I personally observed situations that caused me serious concern as a parent, including children being taken outside during extremely hot weather conditions, children appearing distressed and hungry, and an environment where many children regularly seemed upset, crying, or displaying aggressive behaviour. My own children repeatedly showed clear distress about attending your centre. At drop-off, they often did not want to stay, and at pick-up, they were frequently crying, screaming, extremely upset, and emotionally distressed. Since moving to another childcare centre, I have not experienced the same issues, which only reinforced my concerns about the environment at your service. I was also concerned about what appeared to be frequent changes in staff responsible for children’s personal care, including nappy changing. As a parent, a lack of consistency in carers handling intimate care raised serious concerns for me regarding safeguarding, supervision, and the comfort and security of the children. These are serious child safety and wellbeing concerns from a parent’s perspective. I also have a witness who observed concerns regarding how children were being treated. This is the issue I am raising, and it should not be confused with any separate administrative or financial matters. Regards, Pasha Ardestan

I do not recommend this childcare centre. Both of my children attended this centre in the past, and it was a very negative experience. Many of the children were often crying, appeared hungry, and did not seem to receive proper care or attention. I also had serious concerns about how the children were treated. On very hot days (around 40°C), children were placed outside without proper use of air conditioning, which I found unacceptable. During the time my children were there, they developed behavioural and emotional issues, including increased aggression and distress. Since moving them to another childcare centre over a year ago, they have become much happier, more settled, and no longer show those problems. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this centre. If you value your children’s wellbeing, I strongly suggest considering other options.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care and support provided by HHCH. The educators are loving, patient, and truly dedicated to each child’s learning and well-being. My children have developed strong communication skills and have learned to share, care for others, and build friendships through the engaging activities. They always feel happy, safe, and comfortable at the centre. Thank you to all the educators and staff for creating such a beautiful, nurturing, and supportive environment for them.I truly appreciate everything you do.
