We are very happy with this school. My child is in toddler room. The teachers are so caring and supportive, and our little one is always happy and enjoys being there.<br><br>The school is also very clean which makes us feel comfortable knowing our little one is well looked after.<br><br>We are especially grateful for their support with toilet training. With the teachers working together with us, my child has recently successfully stopped using nappies! ❤️ Thank you to all the wonderful teachers and staff!

My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for some time now, and overall it has been a really positive experience. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing. My daughter has grown more confident, social, and independent since starting here, and she always comes home excited to share what she learned.The centre offers a great range of activities — from creative arts to outdoor play — and I appreciate the effort they put into keeping the children engaged. Communication with parents is consistent, and I always feel informed about her day and any events.

We've been sending our eldest since 2023 and are about to send our second child.<br><br>Suncy and the whole HHCH team have provided excellent care and support, and we've particularly enjoyed the recent initiatives to communicate with families and engage with the broader community. Consistent updates on our child's activities and progress has been great, and the staff are clearly dedicated to seeing the children flourish. They provide tangible examples of learning outcomes and related activities, and make an effort to work with parents to set individualised goals for the children.

Our son has been attending Heritage House Castle Hill since he was 18 months old, and he is now 3. We’ve had a really positive experience with the centre throughout this time.<br><br>The educators are always patient, attentive and responsible. Our son has developed a wonderful bond with Priti and Ami and is always very happy to see them. Suncy, the manager, is also very friendly and approachable, she often takes the time to share little stories about his day with us, which we really appreciate.<br><br>We’re very grateful to all the educators and staff and would highly recommend Heritage House Castle Hill to other families.
Family-owned and operated since 1995, Heritage House has supported generations of local families from infancy through to preschool. Our approach brings together nurturing relationships, inquiry-led learning and beautifully considered environments where each child’s individuality is recognised and their confidence, curiosity and sense of belonging is encouraged.
Our all-inclusive daily fee gives children access to a rich variety of experiences, including in-house sport, dance, music and language programs. Children also enjoy fresh meals prepared daily by our in-house cook, with allergies, dietary needs and each child’s stage of development thoughtfully considered.
Learning at Heritage House is led by curiosity. Through open-ended play, storytelling, nature exploration, creative arts, movement and meaningful group experiences, children are encouraged to wonder, communicate, problem-solve and learn at their own pace. Families can feel reassured knowing our safeguards include rigorous recruitment and reference checks, Working with Children Checks completed before employment, comprehensive induction and professional development, structured supervision plans, restricted-access CCTV and clear incident communication.
We also maintain a carefully selected casual educator pool dedicated to Heritage House, with no reliance on external agency staff. This supports greater familiarity, consistency and trust for children, families and educators.
