We’ve had a truly wonderful experience with this daycare center. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly supportive, kind, and genuinely committed to our child’s wellbeing and development. Two years ago, my child attended this childcare but was constantly bullied by another child. The staff dismissed the scratches on my child’s face as nothing more than 'red marks' and even claimed they had become 'good friends'—which was absolutely ridiculous. The manager downplayed the issue, offering no real solution, and this whole ordeal left my child deeply traumatized for a long time.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my child receives at the Little Zak’s Academy Epping. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the children. I appreciate how the team communicates with me regularly about my child’s progress and any important updates. My baby is not an easy one to settle down, he’s crying for dropping off in every morning. The room staff shows a lot of patience and love to my baby which helps him to settle down so quickly. I feel confident and at ease knowing my little one is in such great hands every day.
