As a first-time parent returning to work when my baby was just 7 months old, I was incredibly hesitant. But the moment we took the tour, we knew this was the right place and they never once disappointed us. We watched our little one grow from commando-crawling to crawling, walking, running, dancing, and even picking up yoga and meditation - all in the warmest, most nurturing environment we could have asked for. The educators are exceptional: patient, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth. What truly sets this center apart is how far they go - not only in fostering each child’s independence, but also in supporting parents. The guidance and advice I received were invaluable - things I simply wouldn’t have known on my own. They didn’t just help our child grow; they helped me grow as a parent too. Beyond the childcare, I’ve made some of the closest friendships of my life through this community - friendships I will cherish forever. To every educator who has been part of our journey, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You truly are the best. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye as we relocated abroad, but I highly recommend this center.

My child attended here for a year and never had I got to worry about him. Such a good care and consideration given to children of all backgrounds and good values being taught.

After a very difficult experience at our first childcare centre, we were understandably anxious about leaving our twins again and whether they would ever feel comfortable in care. From the moment we joined this preschool, those fears quickly disappeared. The experience has been nothing short of amazing for all three of our daughters. The staff are genuinely caring, patient, and attentive, and they made every effort to ensure each of our girls felt safe, supported, and happy. They were always accommodating to individual needs and communicated with us openly and thoughtfully, which gave us complete peace of mind. We were especially impressed with the learning and development our children experienced here. Our eldest daughter, who is starting school next year, began reading while in their care, which speaks volumes about the dedication and quality of the educators and their program. Unfortunately, we had to cut our time here short due to illness with one of our children, but this was not a reflection of the centre in any way. As soon as she is well enough, we will most certainly be back without hesitation. We cannot recommend this preschool highly enough. It has been a truly positive and nurturing environment for our family, and we are incredibly grateful to the entire team.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the care and attention my child receives at Monash Child Care. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, making sure every child feels safe, loved and supported. The teachers are not only skilled but genuinely passionate about nurturing each child’s growth and development. My 18-month-old has quickly become comfortable with almost all the staff. It’s amazing to see how my child has developed socially and emotionally in such a short time.
