We’ve have an excellent experience with Reggio Academy Castle Hill. The management team is highly professional, supportive, and always communicates clearly with families. All the educators and staff are friendly, caring, and genuinely look after the children.<br><br>My children have settled in very well, they are happy, comfortable, and have learned and developed so much since attending. I had a very positive placement experience. The educators and staff were welcoming, friendly, and very supportive throughout my placement. They guided me, answered my questions, and helped me build my confidence and skills in early childhood education.<br><br>The team created a positive and professional learning environment where I felt valued and encouraged to participate in daily activities. Both of our children have attended Reggio since they were tiny babies, and now seeing our eldest recently moved on to kindy feels very emotional. We truly cannot thank the educators and team enough for the endless love, care, dedication, and support they have shown our family over the years. As parents, there is nothing more reassuring and comforting than seeing your child genuinely excited and happy to go to childcare every day. Our daughter Vicky absolutely loves going to the centre, she even packs her bag on weekends asking if she can go :) That alone says everything about the safe, nurturing, and positive environment the team creates. What touches us even more is seeing that even after moving on from his room, our eldest son is still warmly greeted and remembered by his former room leader. It really shows how genuine the relationships and care are at Reggio, the educators truly invest in every child beyond just their day to day responsibilities. The educators not only care deeply for the children, but also show so much empathy, understanding, and support towards parents. I had my daughter in this childcare since they opened in 2023. She is now going to kindy. She is such a beautiful, bright and bubbly little girl and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff at Reggio Academy Castle Hill. I cannot recommend and speak highly of this centre enough. From the owners, to the receptionist to the room leaders to the ladies in the kitchen, every single person there is amazing. My daughter loved every single teacher and had the best time there over the 3 years. She was so upset when she was leaving and she always asks me to take her back there to visit. The centre itself is brand new. The toys, equipment, everything is perfectly clean and new. If you’re thinking of a childcare for your kids, don’t go past Reggio Castle Hill.

We have 2 boys who currently attend Reggio Academy in Castle Hill and we could not be happier with the wonderful care provided to our children. Although the centre is not local and out of our way, we would not send our boys anywhere else, it took me a while to find the perfect centre that matches our family values. The admin staff and carers are so warm, caring and genuinely have our children's best interest at heart. Leaving our children with non-family members is already very daunting, however at Reggio we drop our boys off with ease, knowing that they will be cared for the same way we care for them with love and kindness. The centre provides thorough and clear communication and is very inclusive to all families. We really enjoy the daily photos of our boys and seeing their happy faces during fun and new activities. Our boys love coming to care and are thriving in their early years thanks to Reggio and their curriculum. Thanks so much team 💙
