We couldn't be happier with our experience at Ngala Early Learning Joondalup.<br><br>Our son started attending when he was just 14 months old and had never spent time away from me or his dad before. Naturally, we were a little nervous, but the transition couldn't have been more positive. He genuinely enjoys his time there, and it's so reassuring to know that he is happy, well cared for, and has all of his needs met.<br><br>The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, caring, understanding, and calm. Their support made such a difference in helping our whole family adjust to our son attending two days a week while I returned to work.<br><br>In just three and a half months, we've been amazed by how much our son has learnt and developed. Every week he comes home having experienced something new, and it's wonderful to see him thriving.<br><br>A special thank you to the amazing educators in Toddler Room 1 – Sev, Ashley and Sarah – for the genuine care and encouragement they show our son every day. We'd also like to thank the wonderful admin team, Kelly and Teila, for always being so welcoming and helpful, and of course Chef Monika, who prepares delicious, wholesome meals that our son genuinely enjoys eating.<br><br>We are so grateful to everyone at Ngala Early Learning Joondalup and would highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive, and high-quality early learning environment for their child.

My son is in the toddler room and I could not recommend Ngala enough (I actually recommend it to anyone I talk to considering daycare).<br><br>I feel so confident in how he’s progressing and I know so much of that is from the educators guidance and encouragement.<br><br>He always comes home so happy and learns so much! He’s always talking about his daycare friends (the educators). As someone who was very apprehensive about daycare in general, this centre has truly exceeded my expectations.<br><br>Thank you Toddler 1 (and 2 I’m sure) for all your support!

Staff and management are truly wonderful! Supportive and caring, they provide excellent care to our daughter and are always approachable. Great opening times too!

Riley has been in daycare at Ngala since 10months. He is now 19 months. All the carers have been so kind and provided Riley with Individualised care. I feel very comfortable knowing that Riley is being well looked after especially when he is having a hard time. Thank you for being Riley’s extended family x

I am always so grateful for the love and care and support all the staff at Ngala Joondalup show and give us. My son loves going in. The carer staff are always encouraging my son. And the admin staff are always there to help me with the logistics of life. Such kind souls. They all deserve the biggest standing ovation and hug.

My son is currently in the Toddler 1 room with Ashley and Sarah (and the other fabulous staff members) and is thriving! When at daycare he has the best time and is learning so much from his time there. All the staff are amazing and welcoming; ensuring your children receive the best care, support and love. I am so thankful for the staff at Ngala for the care they provide my toddler. I’m also thankful for the time they take to upload photos of the toddlers day as well as the time they take to record all the things in the kids day such as nappy changes, what they ate, how long they slept for, application of sunscreen etc. It has made my toddler’s transition to daycare so smooth as well my transition back to work!

Our daughter attended Ngala Joondalup for 3 years, and just recently “graduated” from Kindy class. She took awhile to settle initially at daycare when she first started in the toddler room but the educators were phenomenal - they were so patient and kind with our daughter. She blossomed into a caring, confident and kind little person with her time at Ngala. Truly an amazing service, thank you so much for all that you have done for our daughter!
