We have been part of the MercyCare community since early 2025. I had a few friends who had their children there so that helped my husband and I with that decision knowing they were comfortable there. The staff are amazing and we trust them wholeheartedly with our family.

Our daughter has been here since she was 5 months old and loves coming. The educators have always taken time to listen to our concerns or try to copy what we've been focusing on at home.

My son has been going to this daycare for 3 years and has absolutely loved it from day 1. They have been caring and supportive. He has learnt so many things and loves his educator’s. so glad we found this place. Thank you guys 😊😊

Educators are genuinely concerned with the children. Love that my toddler is safe and enjoys himself while learning new things. Gives me peace of mind while at work. 😊

My twins have been attending the Seville Grove Mercycare daycare for about 2 years now and we all love the place! All the girls are fantastic, very kind, helpful and nurturing. What the twins have learnt there from them has been amazing. We are very happy with Mercy care and whole heartedly recommend the place.

Worse daycare imaginable. Nothing but issues with bookings, rude staff who literally treat you like dirt and scream at you when they mess up bookings and cancel your bookings by their own volition, unhygienic centre, poo smeared over the mirror and wall. Car park is very dangerous. So much more expensive than other centres so boring for the kids as not much to do. Wish I hadn't wasted my time here. Kids when bullied aren't cared about, nothing done when complaints made. Things stolen from children's bags. The only reason good reviews were left is due to a competition held last year.
