Lauren has been a part of our life now for 5 years. My eldest daughter started with Lauren just after her first birthday and since then I have had two more little girls and they have gone into care with Lauren. Before I met Lauren, I had not even thought of family day care as an option for care but lucky and was referred to Lauren first hand from a colleague at work. Little did I know that she was going to become such an important person in our family. I could not speak more highly of this wonderful woman who has been almost a second mummy to my children. She gives them so much love care and support, which always puts my mind to rest when I have the hard job of leaving them to go off to work. I am always surprised at how much effort and activities she manages to get done with the children each day. She provides a very nurturing and encouraging environment for the children to play, laugh and learn.

My kids get all excited to go to Lauren's house. It is like a second home for them. Lauren is warm friendly and have the kids best interest at heart. I never have to worry leaving my kids with Lauren and the place is very organise and well run. I particularly love her honest and transparent communication style, love the daily pictures on kinderloop and she always let me know immediately if anything is wrong. We found Lauren when my son's before and after school care arrangements fell through two weeks before starting kindergarten. From the beginning, my usually shy son was comfortable attending care. Lauren is warm, a wonderful carer who treats the children that attend her care as members of the family. She is kind, warm, and experienced. My daughter has gone to Ladybug family daycare for a casual spot when our local carer has been away. Lauren is professional, knowledgeable, calm and caring the service is outstanding. She put me completely at ease the second I met her, there is a huge variety of toys and activities for your children to do. You can tell she adores all of the children and they love her. I love the personal updates and being able to know what activities my daughter has done for the day and all of the attention each child receives. She takes pride in her home and business this is the perfect place for your babies to feel loved when they’re away from you.

Lauren cared for our 2 children from the time they were 6 months old until they went to school at 5 years of age. She welcomed us warmly as though we were part of her family from the very beginning. Lauren was always warm and nurturing. Her programme was flexible allowing for children's needs to be met but always included cooking, gardening, educational school readiness activities, age appropriate group time and plenty of free play.
