I am beyond happy with the care and attention my child receives at Starfish Early Learning Centre Reservoir. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and nurturing. They create a safe and welcoming environment that makes both my child and I feel at ease every day. The activities they provide are engaging and educational, helping my child develop important skills in a fun way. Communication is always open, and I love receiving regular updates about my child’s progress and daily experiences. The center is always clean, well-organized, and has a positive atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and go above and beyond to make sure they are happy and thriving. I highly recommend Starfish Early Learning Centre Reservoir any parent looking for a reliable and loving environment for their little one and the Centre manager is incredibly easy to speak you. This daycare center tour was our 1st preference and after sometime as when we went there, there was only Mondays and Fridays available but out of the blue as I was struggling to find somewhere Chika was the first to call me. We are so greatfull first week down minus the sick days. All the staff members are so friendly and accommodating no matter what situation your in. Thankyou to all the staff members and their commitment to looking after my child and all the other children they care for not just my child. My anxiety levels aren't so bad anymore. I feel at ease that my little one is well looked after and if there was any problems or unsettled ect.. They also tell you about everything and if unsure it's written up on their white board so that if they are busy you don't need to bother them

We are extremely happy with the exceptional team at Starfish Early Learning Centre. They have been incredibly supportive with our child and with us. I just hope that our next coordinators at our next centre interstate are just as amazing.

We attended playgroup at Starfish. They were extremely generous with their time as well as belongings. The kids had an absolute ball. We have moved from the area, had we still been in Reservoir I would have sent my kids there without hesitation. The children seem very happy, staff are very friendly.

It's a beautiful centre with caring staff. Both my kids are very happy there. It's like a second home for us all.

Starfish ELC (Reservoir) is a top quality ELC with amazing teachers and staff. All staff have shown a real passion for educating and encouraging children, and I highly recommend this centre to family/friends in the area.

DISAPPOINTING! Never took us seriously. Booked for an orientation but the director never showed up, the reception was unattended. We waited for long time. wasted our time and effort. Decided not go with them anymore. They don't seem to care at all.

Great set up, staff are attentive and responsive. I feel my child is safe, learning and having fun all at the same time.
