Such a wonderful centre! The staff are so warm and lovely, and having such a diverse team that speaks multiple languages really helps every child feel included, especially new kids. The teachers here always go extra to support the children and make everyone feel so welcome.

I know recently got some news about this centre, they maybe going through difficult time now. I think this time also need give them good support.<br><br>I, my husband and my daughter come from China in 2025. My daughter very unsettled at first because she was still new to Australia. We went to see many childcare,but she picked this one because educators very nice, always happy and caring.They also very good, flexible and always try their best to meet my daughter wants and needs, everyday even when she is difficult to settle and cry a lot。. I think One or two educators can speak Mandarin, make my daughter feel more comfortable, like at home. The director also very nice and kind.<br><br>We moved to western suburb because my husband work here, but sometimes I really miss this centre and the people there. I hope people also can give space for positive comments for them. Good luck to all of u。👍🏻

A great centre director ( Trang) with all great educators who take care the children with love, passion and commitment. I really love it and my son is happy there. Knowing that he is in good hands, I can go to work without much stress.

We cannot recommend Shared Beginnings Reservoir highly enough! Our child has loved attending the centre since he was 8 months old and he's now nearly 4. The staff are caring, warm and clearly passionate about working with children. We are particularly impressed with his current Kinder educators, but the safe and welcoming environment is a credit to Trang and every staff member we have encountered. There also seems to be a real effort to keep improving and finding new ideas to enrich the centre.<br><br>They're always fed nice, healthy meals and snacks. He never comes home hungry, in fact he usually doesn't want anything after school, and he loves to eat! The centre is always clean and tidy, and play equipment seems high-quality and updated regularly. On a practical level, pick-up and drop-off are easy and well-managed, with a good location and access off the main road. Apps, communication from the centre, and staffing levels etc. are all excellent.<br><br>I'm so impressed by the variety of things they learn about the fun they have, but also by the educators' ability to manage the chaos of Kinder age with care and thoughtfulness. They're always accessible and forthcoming with info about your child, but also understand those days when you just have to rush off! We feel like the centre provides great preparation for school, but even more importantly, we feel he is safe, seen, and truly enjoying the experience.

Two of my children attended this childcare centre, and always be happier with the care they received. The educators are amazing, and their daily communication with families is fantastic. I always felt informed, supported, and confident that my children were in safe and caring hands.The management team is outstanding and always ready to help in any way possible. Their dedication to both the children and their families is truly commendable.I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for exceptional childcare and a nurturing, welcoming environment

I truly enjoyed my time at this childcare centre. The staff are friendly and collaborative, and the leadership team provides great support and guidance.
