Very accomodating stuff and management are easy to talk to. Our daughter really enjoys the educators and is always excited to see them in the morning, we appreciate that a number of staff have created a caring bond with her and make her feel happy and safe.

We are so grateful to the wonderful Room 4 team for making our daughter’s transition into childcare such a positive and happy experience ❤️<br>Our daughter started childcare in July after spending all her time with me and my husband, so we were initially a little nervous about how she would adjust. But she settled in so quickly and started socialising and feeling comfortable with everyone, thanks to the incredible care and support from her educators.<br>A special thank you to her previous Room Leader, Ms Vanessa, and Mr Sam. They played such a big part in helping her settle in, and we will always be grateful for the warmth, patience and care they showed her.<br>We also want to thank Ms Anmol, who took over from Ms Vanessa as Room Leader. She has been absolutely wonderful and quickly became one of our daughter’s favourites. It is so lovely to see the bond they have developed.<br>A big thank you as well to Ms Ari, all the casual educators, and everyone who rotates through Room 4. Every one of you contributes to making the room such a welcoming and happy place for the children, and we truly appreciate it.<br>The best part for us as parents is seeing our daughter genuinely excited to go to childcare. She looks forward to it and comes home happy, which gives us so much reassurance that she feels safe, loved and enjoys every minute of her time there 🥰<br>We would also like to give a special thank you to Mr Shehan, the Assistant Manager, who has been incredibly helpful and supportive right from the very beginning. He has always been approachable and happy to help whenever we needed anything.<br>Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our little girl. We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this childcare centre and unfortunately would not recommend it. Following a serious incident involving our son, we were very concerned by the way the situation was handled, particularly the decision not to call an ambulance when we believe urgent medical attention was needed.<br><br>As parents, you trust a childcare centre to prioritise the health, safety and wellbeing of your child. We feel that this situation was not handled appropriately and it has left us with a great deal of disappointment and concern. We ultimately made the difficult decision to remove our son from the centre.<br><br>We also felt there was a lack of communication and follow-up from the centre afterwards, which only added to our concerns. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend this centre to other families.

We are very happy with our experience at Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Riverfield, Clyde.The teachers and staff are very caring, friendly and supportive.My son really enjoys going to Kindy and has grown in confidence and independence. We also really appreciate the communication with the parents and the variety of fun and educational activities provided.We highly recommend this Kindergarten to other families!

Amazing, we’ve had bad experiences in the past with other childcare centres but no complaints here so welcoming and kind.
