We feel incredibly grateful to the educators at Wellbank Children's Center. Our son has grown so much since joining the Banksia Room, and it's clear he is cared for with love and respect. The educators take on many roles with patience and warmth — we truly trust and appreciate everything they do.

Serious security management vulnerability! As a parent, I have to raise serious questions about the management ability of your kindergarten after witnessing the inadequate teacher configuration and unattended scene. The chaotic scene witnessed during the visit on Tuesday exposed serious safety hazards: when communicating with a teacher, he couldn't see the children facing away from the activity area. After my reminder to look back, another teacher couldn't pay attention to other children when changing diapers, and the personnel allocation was extremely unreasonable. The third teacher even "wrote a report" during non emergency hours (why didn't he assist in changing diapers or taking care of them first?), which forced me to suggest that the staff call for support. The fourth teacher was taking care of them outdoors The child safety vacuum period is shocking - when the staff left to call colleagues, the room was completely unattended! -The only worker left behind the glass door had their vision blocked, and a child continued to throw toys from high altitude (explained by the park as having "special needs"). ——I understand that children with special needs need attention, but if there is enough manpower to rotate supervision, such dangerous behavior can be completely avoided

Firstly, everyone gives reviews based on their personal experience, whether it’s fair or not, it’s very subjective. No one is in the position to judge others as you and your children may have never experienced what others’ children have gone through. Most of the educators in this Centre are great, lovely, and caring. The facilities are also good. However, the Management is rather cold hearted, not much empathy for your concerns - almost feeling like your child is just a number (the admin lady is extremely good though). The staff turnover is very high, but the staff quality is good. In general, it’s a good daycare, good educators, but can not persuade my heart to give many stars due to the management - very disappointed.

I'm surprised to see these terrible reviews on Google - My daughter has been going since Feb this year and she loves it, educators in the baby room were professional yet loving and caring, transition to the toddler room was thoughtfully planned and I felt my daughter was being looked after by all the teachers at all times. It is important to teach kids not to mess up cleaned areas at the end of the day - centre closes at 6pm and around 5:30pm rooms are usually tidied up and educators are doing quiet activities (reading or feeding afternoon snacks) with the kids. So that they can go home at 6 to their own kids! I never felt they were cold hearted or lazy, these are unfair comments for such hard-working, loving educators.
