Love Beenleigh Early Learning! My daughter started in nursery this year and being a first time Mum I was nervous about her starting daycare.<br>She has loved it from day one, every drop off she’s excited to be there. The educators are so warm and beautiful and genuinely care for the kids. Shout out to Miss Hollie, Miss Amy, Miss Maddy & Miss Michaela in nursery. We are so happy we chose this centre. 10/10 :)

Our two children have come so far since starting at Beenleigh early learning socially, emotionally, physically and developmentally. We have seen such a huge difference in their confidence, independence, communication and ability to interact with other children. The educators take the time to understand each child’s individual needs and strengths and really celebrate their little achievements along the way. also love how much effort goes into creating fun and meaningful experiences for our kids From special events and celebrations, sensory play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities,they always come home telling us something fun about their day ☺️<br>The daily updates and photos are also something we absolutely love because it makes us feel connected to their day even when we can’t be there.The communication from the educators and management has always been wonderful. They know our children, their personalities, their routines and what makes them happy.<br>After enrolling my son to the centre at the very beginning when they opened to now starting my daughter up we genuinely couldn’t imagine our children anywhere else. We are so grateful for every educator who has played a part in helping our children become the little people they are today

Our family has been at this centre for the past two years, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The educators are absolutely amazing and genuinely care about the kids. There have been times when both of my kids have been upset at drop-off, but the educators have always made them feel safe, comfortable, and settled so quickly.<br><br>The facilities are fantastic, and the communication is second to none. We really appreciate the regular Storypark updates, incident reports and the prompt communication about any illnesses within the centre.<br><br>One of the things we love most is that it's a smaller centre. Every educator knows the children by name, even if they're not in their room, which creates such a warm and welcoming environment. Another thing that really stands out is how involved the leadership team is. You see the Director and Assistant Director out with the children and interacting with them, as well as taking the time to speak to parents as the come in the door.<br><br>A special mention also goes to the chef, the food provided is wonderful. The animals are an added bonus too! The birds, turtle, chickens, lizards, and snake are such a unique part of the centre and provide so many great learning experiences.<br><br>We are so grateful to have found this centre. We couldn't ask for a more caring, nurturing, and engaging environment for our children. We highly recommend this centre to any family looking for exceptional care.

Would not recommend would give 0 stars if I could. This centre will send your baby home in soiled/poo filled nappies that have not been changed for 6 HOURS , not once but multiple times . Not to mention the blood noses , head injuries , multiple bite marks and when you bring these issues up to the director Rhiannon she will meet you with a snarky response like “well you’ve dropped your child off in a poo nappy before” . Big difference to dropping my child off and mentioning to workers that my child has done a poo on the way to care and your workers leaving my child in a dirty nappy for hours on end to the point she was blistered and bleeding . Ultimately they ceased my child’s enrolment today because I’d had enough and gave them an ear full and that was deemed as “aggressive behaviour” I’ll be my child’s voice , there’s no excuse for the lack of care my child received at this centre and to have the lead educator/director comment on my parenting instead of resolving her workers incompetence is sickening .

Beenleigh Early Learning is hands down the best centre in the area, in every aspect. The facility is only a year old and absolutely fantastic. The outdoor yards are incredible, with sandpits, slides, and water play. The rooms are spacious, and they even have animals! But what truly makes it the best centre is the incredible team of educators, led by their amazing director. Let’s not forget the chef and kitchen team who prepare tasty, healthy meals and snacks for our little ones. We are always greeted with big smiles when we walk through the doors. My son had some difficulties at drop-off in the beginning, but his educators went above and beyond to help him settle in and feel at ease. Now, he happily waves goodbye and never wants to leave! He always tells me how much fun he had during the day, what he learned, and the great activities he participated in. At pickup, I don’t even have to ask how his day was, the educators share everything with me. They are truly amazing: so caring, kind, and attentive. They take parents' input seriously and work hard to meet expectations, all while setting up (and packing up!) so many different activities each day. They also have the best director. In my opinion, she’s a true leader. Never just sitting behind a desk, she’s out there with the team, making sure everything runs smoothly and always putting the children’s best interests first. She leads with her team, not above them, and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and help with cleaning tasks too. She’s approachable, easy to talk to, always professional and friendly. As a parent, I really appreciate how easy it is to raise small concerns or discuss goals, and I feel heard every time. My son is thriving there and always feels happy and safe. I love reading the stories about his day on the app, and even though the kids have fun making big messes, the room is spotless every afternoon when I arrive! I cannot recommend this centre highly enough!

I cannot rate Beenleigh Early Learning high enough, from the first tour that we had with our little girl at 6weeks, to her first day at 7 months, the team have been welcoming, understanding, accomodating and have just made the transition from maternity leave,back to work so much easier than I ever expected it to be. Our little girl is now 9.5months and LOVES all of her educators, she is excited to go in, she claps and smiles. The team put in so much effort everyday to do painting and activities, they get to see animals and do bush kindy and that’s just a tip of the iceberg. All of the staff are so friendly and again I cannot rate Beenleigh EL high enough. You would be lucky to be able to have your child come here, I am know I am.

Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately, my son came home with a bump on his head twice and I wasn’t notified, no incident report had been done and no one had called me when it happened! I didn’t know it had happened till after his shower anything could’ve happened to him! Centre management acknowledged that she knew alll about the situation but still chose not to do a incident report, my son has come home dehydrated multiple times I was a bit confused until there were times when I dropped my son off in the mornings I would have to look around for a drink tray just to find it inside where the children can’t access their water bottles so I would take it outside because ? The kids need water especially with the heat, anyway can’t fault 2 of the staff members they always run around and play with the kids the kids will run over with smiles on their faces cause all the other staff members just sit there, I will be taking the incident to higher ups due to the head injuries and no report incident because I’m pretty sure if it was a teachers kid they would’ve given a shit plus anything could’ve happened! I should’ve been contacted as soon as they noticed a head injury, honestly so disgusted and disappointed in the level of care

I highly recommend this centre! My son recently started, and from day one, we felt like part of the family. Despite being new, he was warmly included in the graduation ceremony, and the staff made sure he felt special. Miss Kimba and Miss Chelsea are exceptional educators – the best I've ever met. Although we've only been here a short time, every staff member knows our son, and he's formed a strong bond with his teachers. Coming from another local centre that didn't meet our expectations, this centre has been a breath of fresh air. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a nurturing and inclusive environment for their child.
