This is a message for the Little Zaks academy management - PLEASE STOP GETTING YOUR EMPLOYEES TO WRITE REVIEWS. It looks so desperate on your part. Katelyn and Ann are raving on about the place because they work there and are in higher positions. Who knows how many others are also writing positive reviews under different pseudonyms. The centre was sold as a state of the art facility with extra-curricular activities for the kids and an amazing prep education program when it first opened up, however it is nothing like that! There are no swimming or cooking classes at this facility. Yoga and soccer instructors come in occasionally. Some of the educators are wonderful and they well and truly care for the kids. Others have no idea what they are doing or are just there to make money. Some of these educators do not have an ounce of warmth or nurturing in them. The good educators are either getting fired because they need to be used as scapegoats or are quitting. Since its opening in March 2023, only 1 educator has remained while the rest have left. The centre has a really high staff turnover. I don't think it's the centre director that should take the blame here but the management is failing. A lot of parents have taken their kids out recently and have not gone on to write honest reviews. If they did, the overall rating would be less than 1. It's disappointing that just to get high reviews, they're asking staff to write reviews without disclosing they work there. My advice is to lift your game, prioritise the kids, use the daily fees and the funding provided by the department of education to provide enriching resources for all the kids from 0-5 and give decent servings of food at every meal time so the kids aren't starving, and then maybe you'll get parents returning back with their kids. Management - don't even bother replying to this and asking me to contact you regarding all sorts of justifications and "clarifications". I know how bad the centre is and I will not be coerced. EDIT: Sobia, Chloe, Jwan, Liza, Keira & Sital are also employees of the centre who are giving star reviews.

I’ve been sending my daughter to Little Zak’s west Hoxton for nearly 1 year now. She is so happy here and is always looking forward to go. Pooja and her team are amazing, very friendly, caring and genuinely invested in children’s development. Highly recommend!

We have had such a wonderful experience with this daycare over the past 3 years. The staff are incredibly attentive, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. Management have always been welcoming, supportive, and easy to communicate with. We truly couldn’t recommend this centre more highly!
