We joined this centre when it newly opened and my son whom just turn 3 at the time attended until he was 5, during this period my 1and half year old attended for about a year. I would agree with some other reviews on here. Ultimately if i am Asked would i recommend this centre, my answer is no. The centre has a beautiful playground for the children and there were few lovely educators there *if they stayed* but ultimately there are over 100 children whom are enrolled in this centre, staff turnover is high and there were days id essentially be leaving my Child with a casual stranger. It wasn’t the right fit for our family. The final straw was the never ending sickness which was a combination of parents sending their children sick knowingly, and possibly hygiene not being stayed on top of, children's water bottles left on the ground. There were also days i wouldn’t get any photos of my children or updates. The preschool room was a positive experience, lovley educators, consistent routine and communication! My son thrived in this room. I will say the chef always provided beautiful variety of nourishing foods.

Staff turnover high which indicates a systemic problem. Very pushy sales team. Educators seem disinterested in their jobs and toddlers/ babies seen crying and not being comforted by any educators. A big flashy centre is not what kids need. They need warm, nurturing, caring and enthusiastic educators. You're unlikely to get this if you don't pay your educators well and if you don't treat them well!!! I would not send my kids here.

We have had such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and truly invested in the children’s development and wellbeing. It’s clear that they create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel comfortable being themselves. My son has learned so much since attending, not only academically but also socially and emotionally. The staff take the time to communicate with parents and really get to know each child, which makes such a difference. I’m so grateful for the kindness, dedication, and hard work of the entire team. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my son is in such a positive and supportive environment every day. I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring and engaging place for their child.

We had an amazing experience with this childcare centre. My son spent longer than 2 years here and we couldn’t have asked for better care. The educators are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They always made us feel comfortable and kept us well informed about his day, progress, and any little things that mattered. Communication was excellent and everything was always organised and clear, including payments. My son always came home happy, clean, and well looked after. We never had any issues with lost belongings or concerns about his care. The centre is very well run and safe. It truly felt like a second home for him, and we’re so grateful to the whole team for the love and support they gave our family. Highly recommend to any parent looking for quality childcare.

I’ve been sending my kids to this childcare centre for over 2 years now, and I’m really happy with it. My older daughter graduated from here and had a great experience, and now my younger one is also enjoying his time. The staff are always kind, helpful and caring. I get regular updates and photos, which I really appreciate it’s nice. My kid loves soccer, yoga, and language classes. It’s a safe, fun, and supportive people. I would definitely recommend it to other families.

As both a mum and an educator, I couldn’t be happier with Little Zaks West Hoxton. My two children attend the centre in different rooms, and I feel at ease knowing they’re in such capable hands. The educators work together to foster a nurturing, safe, and welcoming environment where my children are not only cared for but also given meaningful learning opportunities. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in what they do. I drop my kids off every day knowing they’re in good hands—both in terms of their emotional well-being and their development.

They are excellent at filtering out and not enrolling autistic kids. Great job, not.!!
