Dear Staff and managemnt at Little Zak's Austral Thank you all for taking care of my children, all educators are so beautiful and approachable and friendly. To me I feel they are sisters. They are so caring and nurturing. My children love and know all educators,happy to be there every day. They are there for 4 days. Educationally they are the best in this area, they wont be anywhere else. Despite how young they are but the knowledge they have is beyond expectations for their age. I appriciate all the help and support. Not just to me but to all families.

Feel very fortunate to have found this daycare for my son. Very warm and welcoming. Very caring, positive and happy teachers all the time. Absolutely love the staff and educators there, you guys are best. They take such good care of each and every child which really makes my life easier. The kids settled there real quick and I will recommend little zak's academy to other parents and family. Why do I hear your educators yelling at kids every time I am at the childcare? I literally heard Rokeya shouting at kids, "enough is enough." Is this even age appropriate language to the kids, like you think they would understand and behave? There were also a couple of occasions I saw Jayde focused on taking a good photo of a kid rather than taking care of another kid who needed attention and support at that moment. Kids are always crying or playing by themselves in this center, I doubt there're enough activities to occupy the kids

I would like to thank all the educators at Little Zak’s Austral. My child enjoyed her time at the centre. She was always happy and had a smile every time she attended the centre. The educators took great care of my child and she learnt so much at Little Zak’s. The educators in the Inventors room were always approachable, kind and compassionate and helped us through out are journey at the centre. I’m grateful to all the educators who made a positive impact on my child’s life. Sadly I will miss all the kind and friendly staff at Little Zak’s as my child will be embarking on her new journey at big school. Thank you all and we as her parents appreciate all your hard work.

It is a nice place don’t get me wrong but some of the workers there are too busy, calling me while I’m at work all day with concerns that can be spoken too at the end of the day, no respect for us parents at work

Our experience with this daycare has been disappointing. There’s a lack of personal connection, and parents are left to rely solely on the app, which often provides incomplete reports. Messaging through the app is hit or miss – you’re lucky if someone actually responds. As parents who have experienced other childcare centres, we were hoping for more personal feedback and communication here, but that has not been our experience. I’m also still waiting for a refund, and no one has replied regarding its status. Overall, I would not recommend this centre if you value clear communication and a personal approach

personally cannot recommend this centre enough. The care that my son receive is exceptional. All the staff are incredible. They are all so kind and caring, my son and I always greeted with the warmest welcome and beautiful smile every morning from Management to the educators. I have always felt so comfortable and confident with leaving my son in their care. The center is always clean and well-organized, which shows how much they care about providing a safe and fun place for kids like mine to learn and play. Since my son started here, I've noticed a big difference in how he talks and learn. Especially with my son, his vocabulary and how he speaks have improved a lot. The educators here really take the time to make learning fun, and it's clear they care so much about all the kids. I can honestly say little Zak’s austral is the best childcare I could have found. I'm so happy with how much my child love it here. It feels like they're more than just teachers—they're like family to us. An extra special thank you to Miss mona my son loves so much and can not wait till he arrives to see her and runs to her always ready to update me with any changes always on top of her amazing work.Miss chandani Miss Rokeya , and miss khalida for simply being amazing. They are all truly incredible at their jobs always going above and beyond for the kids. A special thank you to the Centre Director Komal and Bernadette who address and understands any concerns or issues with a quick solving problem always on top of their work and make sure parents leave happy and stress free.

I want to thank the whole team of Little Zack's Austral for all the care and love for my child. I am really excited and happy to see my child growing every day with new learnings and skills. I can surely see the difference in him. My son goes to 2 to 3 years room. I really want to mention the name of Miss Rokeya for her exteremly caring and enthusiastic gesture toward the children. My son admires her a lot and I am sure other children do that as well. Her presence in the morning welcoming everyone in the room makes the children happy and enthusiastic. Dropping off my son in the morning with a happy smile on face takes away all the stress and makes me recharge for the whole day. I also want to thank and appreciate the other educators for there never ending effort to look after our kids. I should also mention about Miss Mona on this regards. She is so lovely and helpful. She has a really caring attitude to every child and my son likes her a lot. Lastly want to thank the admin team and centre director for the prompt response in every matter. All the updates and information are always on time. I always feel I am just one call away from my son. So thank you again.
