We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this daycare. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and understanding. They genuinely take the time to get to know each child and create such a warm, supportive environment where children can learn and thrive.<br><br>A special thank you to Courtney, the Centre Director, who is so knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. Her dedication and leadership are reflected throughout the entire centre.<br><br>I’d also like to thank Bernadette, the 2IC, who has been so welcoming and supportive since day one. She has always been there to answer questions, offer guidance, and make our family feel comfortable and valued.<br><br>Knowing our child is cared for by such a wonderful team gives us complete peace of mind. We are truly grateful for everything they do and highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a nurturing and professional childcare environment.

My daughter attends Little Zak’s Academy, and we are very happy with the care and support she receives. The educators are kind, professional, and create a safe, nurturing environment for the children. She enjoys going to childcare every day and has learned so much. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Little Zaks Austral. The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in my child's development. My toddler settled in quickly and now looks forward to going every day and waves me off. We’ve noticed such positive growth in confidence, communication, and social skills since starting here. The activities are engaging and creative. Communication about my child is on the app and also the educators will tell me highlights of her day or if there was any concerns promptly.

Our two daughters attend and absolutely love their educators at Little Zak’s Academy. The management team is approachable, and whenever my wife or I have any concerns, Courtney addresses them straight away. It’s reassuring to know our children are in such a caring and supportive environment.

My daughter attends Little Zaks Austral in the Adventurers room and is the first centre she has ever attended. She loves coming to school and we appreciate the updates we receive throughout the day. We can see she is learning new skills and we can see the positive impact it has taken on her.

We’re so appreciative of the amazing staff and teachers at this childcare centre. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and full of care. The educators and office staff consistently go out of their way to support my children, and it truly shows in everything they do. They also do a fantastic job with the preschool program, creating fun and engaging learning experiences for the children. The centre hosts amazing events for families throughout the year, which really helps create a strong sense of community. We feel incredibly blessed and grateful to have found such a nurturing and positive place for our children. Highly recommend!

My daughter is in navigator room at Little Zak’s Academy at their Austral centre . The educators are really good . I can see lot of changes in my daughter. She has been more happier after she has joined the centre . Singing songs & dancing . Her room leader Ms. Karen has brought so much of energy and her passion working with children . Everyday she engages them with new activities which is really helpful for the children’s development . Even in the rainy day she keeps them engaged in the classroom with fun activities that’s so appreciable. We love and honour her passion for our children . Me and my husband very thankful to all the educators esp who has taken care of her to name Ms. Chadani , Ms . Arati, Ms. Uma , Ms. Elizabeth , Ms. Berry , Ms. Elisabba & Ms . Grace . We are very glad that we made the right decision to join Little Zak’s family for our daughter’s early childhood period .
