This centre has great facilities, and some of the educators were great with the children, but not all. Many seemed deflated and short tempered. They also forgot to administer important medication to my son on one of the days he was meant to have it. That's dangerous! Recently in the last few months, this centre was taken over by Genius, which is in the news for going into liquidation, and centres are closing down rapidly, leaving children and parents in the lurch. I've first hand experienced this twice now in 6 months with this company. With staffing issues, they have been announcing centre closures daily for a week now, and sending the email out at 10pm at night when most are asleep and wouldn't see till the morning, leaving no notice to organise other care arrangements before work starts. Being a single parent with one income, this is unacceptable at how unreliable they have become. I took my son out, and so have many other parents, and found another centre. Avoid this company!

Since Genius took over this childcare, the quality has declined significantly. The centre has faced constant staffing issues, leading to frequent last-minute closures that make it impossible to rely on for consistent care. Communication is poor, with little to no response when trying to contact management. The staff themselves have always been great, but it seems they are struggling under the new management. It’s disappointing to see what was once a well-run childcare centre become so unreliable. I would not recommend this centre to parents looking for a stable and well-managed childcare provider.

In any school or childcare center, nothing is more important than the educators' genuine love and sense of responsibility toward the kids. The educators here are professional and full of energy, providing the children with a happy, enriching second home filled with knowledge, imagination, and creativity.

Thanks for all the support team provides for our son! He loves participating in all the activities, he developed lots of new skills and learnt lots of new things over his half a year here! He wants to get back to centre everyday.

We didn't even realise there were daycares in the Artarmon industrial estate but Greenwood is awesome. My son has attended since 9 months, he loves it, has rarely got sick due to the purpose built building and the carers are beautiful with him. Parking is easy underneath out of the weather and there's a great coffee shop across the road to grab and go. It's in the mid-price range for the area $175ish. Highly recommend.

Greenwood Artarmon are a fantastic centre. Since day one, they have been a warm and caring centre for our daughter. The facilities are new, clean and bright. What I like about the centre is that we get regular updates via the Xplor app, so we know what our daughter has eaten, how long she has slept for and of course picture updates of all the fun and educational activities the kids get up to. Highly recommend.

This place bought me the first day I walked into it. Calmness, enthusiasm, professionalism, meticulousness, organization and, above all, great commitment. A wonderful group of experts who are like family to us. I am very happy that my child is in the right hands. And I am amazed at my son's progress since he started attending this childcare centre.

Great centre with excellent facilities and friendly staff with good communication. The centre has wonderful cultural diversity, a fun place for the children to be nurtured as they learn and develop their independence and individual skills.

The staff at Greenwood Artamon create a warm and safe environment for the children. Our daughter has enjoyed her experience at the centre, is always learning new skills and importantly has made lovely friendships along the way. The centre is clean and well maintained with all the required facilities to cater to each age group.

I enjoy receiving daily updates on my daughters progress and learning. Very happy with the staff!!
