Unfortunately, the centre seems to have gone downhill since the change in management. I felt that concerns raised by parents were not taken seriously. Due to issues with the quality of food being provided, I eventually had to withdraw my child from the centre. In addition, I have been following up for the last three months regarding a small refund that is still pending, but it has yet to be resolved. The lack of responsiveness has been quite disappointing.

After the management changed (Center manager) the whole Center is in chaos I don’t know why no one has mentioned about it. Need some more training or improvements for the teaching staff and management staff. Need some more kindness in tone and the way towards kids also.

Inaya started daycare when she was just one year old, and for a long time, daycare drop-offs were filled with tears. We tried keeping her at home as much as we could and changed daycares three times, always searching for the right fit. That changed the day we walked into Amiga Montessori. I was immediately struck by the peaceful atmosphere — not a single child was crying. Instead, there was a beautiful sense of calm, care, and love throughout the center. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the children were happily engaged in various activities, and the manager, Aparna, confidently and kindly reassured us that everything would be alright. She was right. Within a couple of weeks, our daughter — who once dreaded daycare — was excited to go each day and even started pretend playing as a teacher and student at home! We can’t thank Rajitha enough for truly understanding our daughter’s personality and creating such an inviting environment for her and comforting her during the initial transition. She loves you! What I love most about Amiga is that it feels like a family. Whenever we face any challenges, I can openly share them with the educators and management and we work together to find the best solution for our child. A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful educators and Inaya's current and past favourites Kulvir, Lovina, Amitha and Aman. And a special thanks to Clare, who greets us so warmly every day and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We deeply appreciate how you nourish the little ones with so much love, patience, and care. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our daughter.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Amiga Saltwater Coast! The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about working with children. From day one, we felt confident that our daughter was in safe, nurturing hands. The daily routines are well-structured, with a great mix of learning, playtime, and rest. Our daughter has blossomed socially and academically since starting here — we’ve noticed improvements in communication, creativity, and independence. The facilities are clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed with kids in mind. We also appreciate the regular updates, photos, and open communication from the team. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into creating a warm, engaging environment for every child. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the care my daughter recieves at Amiga Montessori. She is a child with multiple allergies, I am very pleased to say that staff here @Amiga Montessori Saltwater caters to her needs very well, never had an issue. She loves her educators in the Burrow room, room and outdoor area is well set up to the needs of the children. Management is very professional and assists with any queries the best way they can. Really happy with our decision to send our daughter at Amiga Saltwater after moving to Point Cook. The diligence with Aparna and team craft the processes, routines keeping the whole environment fun and learning oriented is just amazing. My daughter goes in Explorers room and all the educators are caring, loving and approachable. Highly recommended !

Could not recommend Amiga Saltwater any higher. Our end is coming as my little one starts prep next year. But we are going to miss our Amiga family. From day one all the staff but the especially the room leaders and room educators have shown nothing but support and kindness and approachable. The education and activities have helped my little one be ready for her next step. The love and care, the dedication & support they have shown my little one is all a parent could ask for. Not only that but the dedication from the Kinda Teachers shown to ensure that the little are been able to overcome any problems. I have always been able to approach their educators and management with anything and seen results or been heard and had them follow it all up. Coming from a very nervous mum leaving her very attached to the hip child was put at rest when I saw the compassion and comfort they showed towards my little one.
