Our daughter have been attending Cuddle childcare since 6 months till 4 years. She has grown into an amazing and sweetest child thanks to the love and care the centre provided. Especially Ms Phul has been an incredible and loving educator. She always updated us on how our child days went every pickup. We are so grateful for your utmost care. ❤️

We are very happy with the Baby Room at this daycare. The environment is warm, clean, and very nurturing, which gives us peace of mind every day. The activities are wellplanned and appropriate for babies, supporting their development in a gentle and engaging way. A special thank you to the teachers, Abegail and Pema, who are both incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. They truly treat the children with love and dedication, and it shows in how comfortable and happy the babies are. We really appreciate all the effort and care given to our child. Highly recommended!

I trust this team of woman with my two children with no end. My eldest has been attending cuddles for almost 7 years (after school/vacation care now), it was a no brainer when it came to care for my youngest child. They are nurturing, provide cuddles when needed, and cook food my kids actually eat. It’s a pleasure dealing with Maddie and the team, she has amazing communication & gets it done. We’ve had a very positive experience with this daycare. The facilities are excellent, clean, and well organised, creating a comfortable environment for children. The playground is well maintained and provides a safe, fun space for kids to explore and play. The administrative staff are friendly, approachable, and always helpful with any queries. A special thanks to Mrs. Phul for her care and dedication, her support truly makes a difference. The cuddles team are such a caring and loving team. You can really see how much they care about their children, drop off in the babies room is always so easy and mind settling knowing my child is safe and happy to be around these lovely ladies. Mutya always comes up first for a cuddle from my child with a big smile on her face and it’s so cute to see my child light up when they see her. Priya is an exceptional manager who truly stands out in her role at the day care center. During our visit, she provided a thorough and well organized tour, taking the time to explain each area. She listens patiently to our questions and answered them thoughtfully demonstrating both professionalism and a deep commitment to high quality care.

We can’t thank the Cuddles Carlisle team enough for looking after our girls. They are our secondary support here in Australia. Anytime we are stuck with work changes, Maddi will organise the daycare, before and after school care or vacation care for us. We’ve been part of the Cuddles Carlisle family for 6 years with our 2 boys, and are ever so grateful to the centre for providing such a nurturing and inclusive space for our kids to learn and thrive. Staff retention is great and the lovely chef keeps our kids fed. The educators make the place - warm, caring, attentive and dedicated to ensuring each child is reaching their potential. The massive open spaces with different play/activity areas are unrivalled and made use of frequently, which the kids love. The recent refurbishments have also lifted the interior and it’s nice to see the kids’ artwork and photos brightening the reception and rooms. The power duo of manager Priya and assistant manager Maddi at the front desk are amazing - always welcoming and accommodating, easy to communicate with and open to feedback. We’re very lucky to have a daycare, where we know our kids are safe and loved!

My daughter absolutely loves Cuddles, and she formed such a special bond with Priya. Every day, Priya would take the time to walk me through my child’s experiences — sharing the little moments, her friendships, the challenges she faced, and how she was growing through them. It meant so much to feel truly informed and supported, not just as a parent, but as part of her journey. Priya didn’t just care for my child — she played a meaningful role in her growth and confidence.
