This daycare has truly felt like a second home and an extension of our family. From the very beginning, everyone has been so warm, supportive, and accepting of not only our boys but our whole family. Both of our boys absolutely love coming to kindy and adore each and every teacher, and as parents, so do we. It gives us so much comfort knowing they are genuinely loved, supported, and cared for every single day. Hayley is an incredible director and leads the most amazing team. Every educator goes above and beyond, and we honestly have nothing negative to say about any of the educators within the Kidz Magic community. If we could stay forever, we absolutely would. The hardest decision we have ever had to make was moving on, and the only reason for that was relocating our home. Leaving this beautiful centre and the incredible people in it has been heartbreaking for our family. We will forever be grateful for the love, care, and memories our boys have experienced here. Thank you for being such an important part of our lives the last 4 years, we will miss you all so very much... We couldn’t recommend this daycare more highly.

Long story short: I’ve absolutely loved dropping my kid off at Kidz Magic for the past 4 years, it has truly felt like an extension of our family. The care, warmth, and attention they give the kids is incredible, and it gives me complete peace of mind every day. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.

I don’t even have the words to describe how wonderful this childcare is. We have been to different childcare centres in various states for our kids, and I can honestly say this one stands out as the best. The educators are excellent — Sandra, Tabi, Aparna, Elle, and others. My son loves going to Tabi and Aparna’s hand at drop-off. Aparna is such a gem; I have never seen her without a smile, and she truly enjoys spending time with the children. My little boy has always been a “mama’s boy” but these incredible people made his transition so easy. We were also pleasantly surprised when they gave us back our family photo, beautifully decorated, before we left. Hayley truly leads from the front, and I am often amazed at how quickly she responds to our enquiries. We are really sad that time has flown by and that he now has to leave.

Dear Sarah, you just told my wife that you are canceling my child's application because of my negative feedback. I am personally sending you a message that you should not be offended if someone is more demanding of their environment and does not want their child to play in the dirt, be unwashed, and dirty all day in kindergarten. Instead, clean it up! You know, negative criticism is good because you can learn from it! I am filing a complaint for discrimination! I will not leave this alone, I will drag you through it to infinity. I will challenge the TV channel so that the locals can see how you handle feedback.

It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are for the last 6 years our family has spent at Kidz Magic Capestone. My Daughter attended this daycare for 1 year, in nursery and the toddler room. We absolutely loved this centre, her educators formed a beautiful bond with her and she was always doing fun activities, learnt so much and was busy having fun with plenty to choose from with free play with her little friends. Hayley the centre manager is so welcoming and truly gets to know the children and is always in the rooms bonding with them or doing fun face painting in the afternoons. They do lots of fun events that involve family, there is so much more good things about this centre, we wish we didn’t have to leave but we had relocated out of Brisbane.
