Overall we have had such a positive experience sending our daughter to Guardian in Kallangur. The staff have always shown genuine kindness and warmth to my daughter, and our family, and I know that she is deeply cared for.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!<br>Absolutely appalling behaviour from certain staff and Georgia herself.<br>The center itself has a stupid high staff turnover (not even a year and have been through about 10 different teachers). There is absolutely no supervision from the staff. Most mornings I have to sit with my son to calm him down as it is just pure chaos and I’m observing absolutely everything and have decided to remove my son from the care as nothing ever gets sorted and Georgia try’s to blame the kids for ‘having problems’.<br>I had been told to go get my son checked on multiple occasions due to them not being able control the class.<br><br>Really thought the daycare was going to be amazing till it just wasn’t and went very much downhill and is now just not worth risking my son’s safety. Please do not send your kids.

The educators at Guardian Kallangur are so lovely and they all do such a great job with the children . My daughter started 6 months ago and was very nervous to start (me too after a year just us). The ladies at Guardian were so wonderful and made the transition so easy for us both, and my daughter loves going to daycare now. The whole team is wonderful, and both Nicole and Georgia run the facility with both care and efficiency. The facilities are also clean and brand new. It’s a beautiful place and I highly recommend it.

Good energy from all educators since drop-off til pick-up. Also got lots of my children daily information the end of day. Management teams are friendly and helpful.

I’ve worked in the industry for 12 years I chose to leave for many reasons the one red flag I found was the director of the centre was in back office hiding away didn’t come over to great me and my boys touring her centre. There is so many hazards in the yard it’s not very safe for children no educators were warm friendly and engaging seems like they were all putting fake smiles on I will not be enrolling my children here advoid massive lack of supervision

This review is for the mums and dads who spend hours researching childcare because leaving your child with someone else is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do. I am posting this anonymously to protect my family’s privacy due to my employment.<br><br>We ultimately made the difficult decision to withdraw our son from Guardian Kallangur after a series of concerns regarding supervision, communication and overall care. The final incident occurred when he came home with two significant bite injuries on his back that had not been noticed, documented or communicated to us. No one at the centre could explain how the injuries occurred.<br><br>During our time there, I also personally witnessed a baby nearly fall from an unsecured highchair due to inadequate supervision. Combined with other concerns we experienced, we no longer felt confident leaving our son in the centre’s care.<br><br>To be fair, after I raised my concerns, the Centre Manager responded professionally, apologised where appropriate and outlined improvements the centre intended to make. I appreciated that response. Unfortunately, by then our trust had been lost, and trust is everything when you’re leaving your child in someone else’s care.<br><br>I want to acknowledge that the educators themselves were always kind and caring towards my son. This review is not intended to criticise individual staff members. My concerns relate to the overall level of supervision, communication, leadership and the systems in place. Kind educators are incredibly important, but kindness cannot replace active supervision, clear communication and a consistent duty of care.<br><br>Every family’s experience will be different. This was simply ours, and I hope it helps another parent make an informed decision.

The centre itself is absolutely stunning, clean and welcoming and so many brilliant and new resources! but it's the incredible staff who truly make it special. Every educator from early morning drop off till late afternoon pick up deserves recognition! As there’s so many amazing staff just to Shout out a few.. Miss Michaela, Miss Chrissy and Miss Nicole thank you for all have done for my son!<br>We are so grateful for everything this centre has done for our family and would highly recommend!!

Fantastic Daycare Center. All the educators are so warm and welcoming, supportive, caring and nurturing, they are so good with the children, my little one has been there from day one at the start of the year when they first opened and we absolutely love it there.<br>10/10 - would highly recommend this center. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
