Guardian Springfield is a truly wonderful centre. Our family has felt consistently supported, welcomed, and cared for from the very first day. The educators bring such a beautiful mix of warmth, steadiness, and genuine heart to their work. Some are full of life and joy, others are gentle and quiet souls, and together they create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, settled, and excited to learn.<br><br>What stands out most is the consistency of care. Every educator contributes something meaningful — whether it’s offering encouragement in everyday moments, creating a predictable and comforting rhythm in the room, or simply being a reliable, kind presence that children can depend on. My child talks about their teachers every day, sharing stories that reflect the connection, comfort, and confidence they feel at the centre.<br><br>A special mention must go to Carrie, the Centre Manager, whose leadership is exceptional. She brings a steady, heartfelt presence that shapes the entire culture of the centre. Carrie leads with warmth, clarity, and genuine care for both families and her team. You can feel her influence in the calm, organised flow of the day, the thoughtful communication, and the way the educators feel supported to bring their best selves to the children. Her commitment and heart make a profound difference.<br><br>Guardian Springfield is a bright, warm, and beautifully balanced place for little ones to grow. The educators, especially Miss Bella, Miss Dolly, Miss Emma and Miss Abigel, have been wonderful and genuinely caring. Lauren and Carrie also do a great job creating a positive environment. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love Guardian Springfield, our boy has been attending this centre since he was 14 months old and cannot fault the centre in anyway. They are nothing short of amazing and Carrie the centre manager is amazing she is caring, attentive and is able to answer any questions or concerns you have. Our son always comes home happy and always talking about his educators ( who might i add are amazing as well ! ) he has advanced so much in the time since he has attended this centre and we cannot wait for our next little one to start to be around the most amazing and caring staff. One happy mum and family here :)

Great centre, and lovely staff. Always welcoming and positive interactions with the management staff. Our first son loved it, and always still talks about his time there. Miss Emma is by far my favourite!

The team at Guardian Springfield have been nothing but accommodating to me and my family. The educators are incredibly passionate and caring.

We sent our first son here and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be sending our newest addition to this centre, Carrie played a massive part in our journey and we are so grateful for her support and genuine care for the children she is responsible for. We couldn’t recommend this centre enough.

When first walking in to the centre, I am always greeted with an amazing welcome. The centre manager always has a big smile on her face, and the kids just adore her. The staff are so friendly and everyone is always willing to go the extra mile for whatever is needed. I highly recommend this early learning centre. Awesome job guys, keep it up 👍🏼
