Let me start with good thing. Gary who runs this centre is absolutely great guy. I saw him so many times engaging kids with guitar. Awesome guy. But may be his hands are tied in some scenarios such as what I am mentioning below. We just moved away from Springfield lakes and my kid was part of this centre until recently. Soo many issues with educators. They don't have basic knowledge on children psychology. I don't have stats with me but I am 100% sure 90% of staff have less than 3 year experience. Not one can make a coherent statement about child education. Not one can handle children psychology. They are just here for nappy duty. If you want your toddler to learn or be ready for next step, better avoid this centre. If you ever ask for updates they make useless incoherent statements just like a text book read. They mix some geeky words from child care education book here and there. Nothing seems like they understood what they are saying. If you ask me educators needs some extra training on what exactly child care is. Things will go missing constantly. I saw toddlers with dirty nappies. And few times unfortunate to my eyes, I saw staff dragging 3 year toddlers to nappy change room. They are kids ..they walk slow and at their own pace. But instead of waiting for them ( to reasonable extent) to walk, I saw they were being dragged with hand to match pace of educator. I almost cried when I saw this done to other kid. I am sure must have happened to my kids as well.the only reason I continued there was due to not getting my preferred days anywhere and some what Gary and very few other educators . Not a great experience. They could do better. It was not always like this according to my friends. There were very good teachers some time ago. Hope Gary reads this and make some decisions. This is my honest opinion though it sounds harsh. Thanks .

Very disappointed with this place, my 2 year old twins came here last year however we pulled them out after just 10 weeks of constant disappointment. The communication is absolutely terrible! The StoryPark App was barely updated, at times we wouldn’t even know if our kids had eaten, had a nap or even if they had their nappies changed. We had to constantly call up and speak with the room leader who would always give us ridiculous excuses that were just not good enough. Everyday we would pick up our boys and their clothes would be in a disgusting state, nappies soiled and leaking, nappy rashes due to lack of nappy changes during the day and dirt all throughout their hair and clothes. Again when confronting staff about this they told us to speak with the room leader who again would give us excuses that are not good enough. Every time we picked our boys up they would be very agitated, emotional and just not themselves. We had a meeting with the director and room leader and of course again the ridiculous excuses continued, even at one point trying to put the blame on our boys, saying that they were very disruptive and had a lack of care for their surroundings (mind you our boys had only just turned 2 years old), they also tried to tell us that we needed to have boys evaluated as they seem to be on the spectrum, their behaviours were apparently not like the other kids, and at this point we just had enough and decided to pull our boys out. Our boys now go to another daycare and are absolutely thriving! Back to their normal happy and energetic selves and we couldn’t be more happy. Parents if I have any advice, read the negative reviews before reading the positives

I am 100% at ease with this centre to take care of my toddler when we are at work. Staff are friendly, well-trained and passionate. The service feels very family oriented and personalised.
