My experience with this childcare centre has been nothing short of alarming. On multiple mornings, I have dropped my children off only to find one of them standing alone, completely unnoticed by staff: no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even eye contact. I’ve had to stop and scan around myself to figure out which educator was supposed to take her. No parent should have to guide their own child to staff who are meant to be supervising and supporting them. This pattern is constant. I have repeatedly seen educators clustered together, talking among themselves while children wait for attention, comfort, or basic supervision. Their lack of presence is obvious, raising serious concerns about the level of care being provided. Bringing these issues to the director was equally disappointing. Instead of listening, she became defensive and turned the conversation back to her own feelings. There was no accountability, no constructive response, and no willingness to acknowledge that the situation needed to change. From what I have personally witnessed, the childcare’s communication, professionalism, and attentiveness are far below acceptable standards. I do not feel that my children’s well-being is a priority here, and I would strongly advise other families to look elsewhere for a centre that actually puts children first.

Have had such a good experience with all aspects of my sons care at Lead Childcare Walloon. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and I love the real time updates available on storypark through the day.

As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with Lead Walloon. The staff are always so friendly, caring and welcoming. They truly get to know each child and make everyone feel included and valued. The centre director Bec is always welcoming and supportive! She also provides feedback in how your child is going and is transparent. It’s a warm, supportive environment where I know my child is safe, happy and thriving. Highly recommend!!!! ❤️

My grandchildren attend LEAD Walloon, they have been to other services however since being at Walloon they are excited to attend and want to be there everyday. All staff are welcoming and friendly. On my pick up days everyone helps me, ensuring I have all of their belongings. I appreciate that Management are always welcoming, as well as providing any assistance I may need. My family and I are very happy with LEAD Walloon.

We have been using Lead at Walloon for 3 years now and the care and support my girls have been provided has been amazing. They have both formed such special bonds with their educators who always go above and beyond for them. I love the up to date routines that are given on the app so I can see what they are up to every day, and I especially look forward to and appreciate the photo updates we get everyday. Highly recommend.

The staff and friendly and know both myself and children by name. Including not forgetting about my older child that no longer attends the centre. They are on top of any behaviours I raise with them and the kindy programming is good. I consider my son to be very prepared for school next year.

My children have been attending for 2 years now and they really enjoy it. The educators are very friendly and helpful, my kids love it. Highly recommended ❤️

My boy enjoys coming to daycare. The centre has adequate space inside and outside for the children. They provide sunscreen and cooked meals. The staff are amazing, caring and consistent.
